I bought this property on Leptos Regina Gardens because I fell in love with its ground floor location and larger than average patio area close to the beautifully landscaped pool. However, it will be some time before I can fulfill my wish to live there so in the meantime I would love you to stay as my guests, so you can soak up “Cyprus magic”. There is no traffic noise, the sun shines virtually all year and life is good.
A complimentary hospitality pack will be awaiting you upon your arrival, containing items such as water, bread, butter, milk, tea, coffee - and the all important bottle of wine to help you relax after your journey.
Full-length glass doors in the lounge and bedrooms open to overlook the pool, so you can wake up to views of blue skies and the sun sparkling on the water. The patio has large recliner sunbeds and table - ideal for those lazy days when all you need is sunscreen, a bottle of the excellent "Keo" beer or local wine, and the warm Cyprus sun. In the evening, fire up the BBQ on the patio, get some sausages and steak sizzling and refill your wine glasses. Relax, listen to the crickets and admire the pool as it glows from underwater lighting.  

I have furnished the apartment with comfort and luxury in mind. Air conditioning (which doubles as a heater unit) with remote control is installed, along with ceiling fans to gently cool and soothe your sunburn. Relax on the comfortable 3-piece suite to watch your favourite shows on the large-screen l.c.d. TV with access to UK satellite channels. There is a DVD player (which also plays CDs).
A fully-fitted kitchen has a washer/dryer, a built-in oven and hob and all utensils for you to prepare a meal. Dine formally at the stylish dinner table or al-fresco on the patio.
Two bedrooms (one double and two single beds) have air conditioning and ceiling fans, and plenty of storage space. The luxury lounge sofa bed will accommodate two adults in comfort, allowing ample room for up to six 6 people. There are two bathrooms, which saves time (and patience!) within the family when getting ready for the evening. All linen and towels are provided, as well as an iron and board. A hairdryer is supplied – leaving more room in your suitcase for souvenirs. 

The patio has comfortable recliner sunloungers and table with shade umbrella. Families can watch their children laugh and play in the pool, while relaxing on comfortable padded sunloungers. Cyprus sun melts "British reserve" so you will soon be talking to your neighbours like life-long friends. Warm Cyprus sun will help you forget the stresses of the life you left back home.
You are close to the gorgeous EU Blue Flag beaches, delightful shops and within walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. It is also not far from the main shopping areas and nightlife with an array of traditional tavernas, British pubs and hot clubs and bars.
There are good bus services to town, the popular beaches at Coral Bay and the bustling market area in old Paphos, where you can haggle for souvenirs.
If you decide to rent some wheels, local companies offer good deals on everything from bicycles to luxury 4WDs. If you want to take it easy, local tour companies arrange trips for those who wish to see more of this beautiful island in air-conditioned luxury.
 

The property is on the ground floor, ideal for families and elderly people. An extra-large patio with views to the pool allows room for relaxing sun-bathing. Satellite dish allows reception of UK TV channels on widescreen l.c.d. TV. Kiddie's high chair and cot (no linen) is available for no extra charge. You can keep your valuables secure as a small safe is provided.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Sue & Ian says: "Lovely clean apartment. Air conditioning and ceiling fans. Nice quiet location which made for a peaceful break. Pool checked every day and pool area well maintained and kept clean and tidy. Michelle who came to change sheets after the first week was very pleasant and helpful. We would most definitely recommend and hope to return next year. Car hire definitely recommended though. Only real drawback was nothing to do with the apartment, but a cockerel who seemed to think he should crow all night, not just at dawn - but he wont be there for ever!"
