This beautifully appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Villa is situated on the 5 star Polaris World, ‘Mar Menor Golf Resort’ in the Spanish region of Murcia.

Set in a lawned garden with its own splash pool, the villa benefits from a large roof terrace as well as a good size ground floor patio area.

Internally the villa has been furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge and dining area, all of which have air conditioning and tiled flooring.

Both double bedrooms benefit from ensuite bathrooms and plenty of wardrobe space. The master bedroom can either have a 2 single bed formation or a large double. The second bedroom has a double bed plus the use of a travel cot if required.

The resort is just 3km from the bustling Spanish town of Los Alcazares which has a beautiful beach and a huge choice of restaurants, bars and shopping facilities.

The cities of Cartegena and Murcia are both within a 30 minute drive of the resort and offer shopping, sight seeing and historical tourist attractions.
 

Social Club

You will find the social club opposite the hotel – here you will find a large pool and a small pool for kids plus you can use the sun beds. The social club also has an excellent restaurant which you must try out and also a great piano bar upstairs which does great cocktails and usually features a happy hour – it also has a large screen which plays most key sporting events (check out the blackboard in the social club reception for more details) – on the second floor you will find a hair dressers which does nails and a gym which has free weights and machines. You also have use of a tennis court which you need to book at the reception desk – as the social club is only meant for residents you need to make sure that you use the card we have given you when paying or booking for anything – this will also get you a discount in some cases especially in the restaurant and bar.

Hotel

Intercontinental run a 5 Star Hotel on the resort – you can use the bars and restaurants plus the Spa – however the pool is for use of the residents only.

Supermarket

You will find a small but very well equipped supermarket next to the social club. This stocks pretty much everything you would need including a great wine selection – the prices are not bad compared tot he larger supermarkets –

Next to the supermarket is a CAM bank cash machine if you need to get any euros.



 

 

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, access to a shared west facing swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a west facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, golf, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, walking, cycling, tennis.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas.
