This two bedroom apartment has panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. The development is set in half an acre of gardens and has a communal pools. The main beach of 'La Mata' is just 10 mins away. Shops bars and restaurants are within walking distance and for a "big" night out, Torrevieja is 10 mins by taxi.  

The apartment is tastefully decorated throughout and furnished comfortably. The living area is decorated in the local tradition, with marble floors and tiled skirting, solid wooden doors and architraves. A number of personal touches have been added to create to make a "home-from-home" and we have SKY TV! 

The fully equipped kitchen area is conveniently located just beyond the dining area. The dining area has a seating area for four, however you may prefer to dine out on the balcony, which also has a table and chairs for your convenience. The American style kitchen is equipped with a range of utensils and appliances to satisfy your self-catering requirements. The master bedroom has a two single beds, and a double wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, and a double wardrobe. There is an additional sofa bed suitable for children in the lounge. The fully tiled bathroom has a modern suite. The apartment has the additional benefit of a communal pool area - perfect for lazy days!

You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, walking, cycling, golf, tennis, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find boat hire, fishing, climbing, flying, horse riding, a sports center, scuba diving, a themepark.

John says: "We found the appartment to be of an excellent standard. Was very easy to find and within easy reach of Torrevieja town centre (5mins drive). On arrival we were met by a representative and taken to our home for the next 11 nights. The appartment is located in a private complex that has it's own swimming pool, it even has it's own lifeguard who remains at the poolside for the duration of the day. The Spanish people were very friendly. We all liked the idea of the security doors to gain entry to the complex. The kitchen area/facilities was able to cope with all that my wife could throw at it (HEHE), but a microwave would have been useful at times. The local T.V. channels kept the kids amused, and myself occasionally, but i would suggest a Sattelite sytem with english channels may have been better. And even though the appartment was quite cool (surprising the outside temperature was in the 30's) a fan for use at evenings would also had been appreciated. We would definatley visit the appartment again and would reccomend this company to anyone. many thanks john dawson"
