Large on site swimming pool and lovely terrace from which to view the sea and surrounding countryside. easy to find from both Mercia and Alicante Airports. Car hire is recommended as there is so much to do and see in the surrounding area.

Double bedroom and twin bedroom with built in wardrobes sleep four with space for an additional two on the sofa bed. Cots are also available for infants. Bathroom has both bath and shower. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, cooker and fridge freezer and includes all you will need for a dinner party! The lounge diner is big enough for 6 and there is also a superb roof top terrace from which to enjoy seaviews and surrounding countryside

Jayne says: "I went for my Hen weekend with a group of girls. If you are looking for a value for money base this location is fine. Apartment is very clean, decorated to a high standard and all contents are very new. Lots of good quality towels and spare bedding to use during your stay. The apartment is 10 mins walk to La Mata beach which is great but downside to the area is that taxis are very hard to come by and with the exception of the beach there is nothing in the immediate vicinity. Most Taxi drivers have not heard of where the apartment is so make sure you know the directions back and keep hold of a number to ring they are not available off the street. The pool is very nice however there are no beds for guest’s use (those at the pool are owned by residents) I must also add there is building works going on next door at present July 06. There is a bus that runs into Torrevieja within a few mins walk and is only 1 euro. I personally would recommend a car. Overall good value for money if you are prepared to go a little further for entertainment. "
