The apartment is ideally situated with a very wide range of restaurants and entertainment at the beautiful Villamartin Square, located only 3km away. Torrevieja is the closest large town, a 15 minute drive away. Torrevieja is located between La Manga and the Mar Menor in the South and Alicante to the North. Torrevieja has a whole array of shops, bars, seafront restaurants and nightlife as well as museums, watersports and a waterpark.

The wealth of local blue-flag Mediterranean beaches including La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campo Amour are about 5 km, locally there are 3 championship golf courses of Villamartin, Campoamour and Las Ramblas. Horse riding, a sports complex, sea fishing and a range of water sports are all nearby.

There are numerous restaurants and bars and plenty of sight-seeing venues along the coast, or travel inland to beautiful scenery in the mountains. A short drive from the apartment is the spa complex at Fortuna. Here there are outdoor pools heated by thermal springs making the water 36 degrees, which is is particulary beneficial for muscular and rheumatoid conditions. The spa complex also offers a range of treatments including saunas, massage and other therapeutic treatments.

Nearby are Europes largest salt lakes that attract bathers as these also are renowned for their theraputic effect on rheumatic and respiratory disorders, and a whole array of birds, in particular, Flamingos visit the lakes.

This is a 2 bedroomed apartment with a kitchen area containing a fridge-freezer, gas oven and hob, microwave oven, electric kettle and toaster, washing machine and all necessary crockery and cutlery. The living/dining area comprises a dining table and chairs, Sky TV which receives all UK channels plus Sky movies and sports amongst others,a DVD player, CD player and radio, large modern double bed settee, reclining armchair, chest of drawers and bookcase. The spacious master bedroom with double bed has generous storage space for clothing with a large built in double wardrobe plus a chest of drawers and full length mirror. An additional fold-up single bed is also provided. The 2nd bedroom contains 2 single beds and a wardrobe. Outside there is a patio table and 4 chairs plus 4 sun loungers. There is a large balcony area which overlooks the pretty communal gardens and very large communal swimming pool and childrens pool

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In the living area. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster.
