Our Villa is located in a quiet area, but close enough to shops and places to eat. it is about a 10 minute walk to the nearest bars and eating houses, There is also a bowling club close by.
Our property does have its own pool so when you are there in the height of the season you dont have to go very far to cool down.  

In the living room there is a double settee which turns to a double bed, this sleeps an extra 2 people 

 

There are two safes inside the property. All windows and doors have security grills fitted. There is also an alarm fitted.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony.

The villa is right beside swimming, a restaurant.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, golf, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find ...nothing specified.

Emerald Isle, This is a pub which has its own pool, bowls arena.

Apparently if you are looking for Clubs you need go to Torrevieja Town which is 20minutes bycar

Anne says: "The property is beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. It exceeded our expectations in lots of ways. It is situated in a quiet area, some distance from any commercial areas. The nearest bars and entertainment are 10 minutes walk from the villa. There is a good choice of restaurants and bars to choose from. Our daughters loved the private pool and spent many hours playing happily there. There is also a communual pool, but the many rules and regulations make it a bit of a pointless excercise if you have children. The owners and their agents went out of their way to ensure we had a lovely holiday. "
