This property is only 4 years old and is located on a lovely new development built only yards from the sandy beach of Playa De La Mata. There are local bars, restaurants and supermarkets very close by around the complex with the larger Hypermarket only 5 minutes drive away. There are bus stops just outside on the main road that run every 15 minutes to and from Torrevieja town.  

Our location is exactly half way from Alicante and Murcia airports which are only 30 mins easy drive away. We recomend car rental as they are so cheap at around 10 pounds per day and the roads are not as crowded as the UK so not stressfull. Taxis are the other method of transport to the apartment and then local buses around the area but in the end car hire gives you that freedom for that little extra cost.  

There is an abundance of bars restaurants and supermarkets close by and are very good and not so dear. The local beach of Playa de La Mata is a controlled beach with no watersports but these can be found at the next beach along at Guadamar. The Aquapark and olympic swimming pool is 30 mins walk or 5 mins by car and is very good for the kids and adults as a substitute from the beach. 5 great proffessional 18 hole golf courses are within 30 mins drive from the apartment with another 2 being under construction at present. 

There is community underground secure parking but unfortunately i have not purchased a parking space at present.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the sofa/couch situated in the lounge.. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

Pets are not welcome

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared selec t aspect swimming pool, a selec t aspect patio area, a selec t aspect balcony, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming, walking, cycling.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find historic sites, a museum.

La Mata is a non watersport beach but nearby Guadamar can cater for these facilities.

There is a local Aquapark in less than 5 mins drive from our apartment.

Anne says: "We have just returned from Los Leandros and had a fantastic holiday. The apartment is Spot on...but no Barbeque. The area was great for us (family with 2 youngish children 3 & 7) the people we met were all fantastic and the caretakers couldn't do more to be helpful and friendly. The Area is Hilly,not suitable for less mobile unless you use a car all the time, we seemed to go up a hill to get anywhere and still have to climb one to get home!!! The Bus to Torrevieja was an experience....we didn't repeat it as we hired a car in 2nd week. Well worth a visit for a totally chilled out holiday thanks!"
