The Apartment
The apartment is new and luxuriously furnished to a high standard. It is situated on the first floor with a large balcony overlooking the beautiful pool area with its landscaped gardens. There are two bedrooms with two single beds in each making it suitable for families or four single people sharing. There are large built in wardrobes in each room and paddle fans to keep the rooms cool. The spacious family bathroom has a bidet and bath with overhead shower.
The lounge/ diner is air conditioned and has a three piece suite, sideboard, dining table to seat four and a tv with dvd/cd player. The kitchen comes fully equiped with everything you may need for self catering.

Villamartin area
Villamartin is a residential area 5 kms inland from the Costa Blanca coastline. It is renowned for its championship golf course making it a popular all year round resort for the holiday maker.In the main square you will find a wide selection of bars and restaurants open all year round. In adition there is a bank, supermarket and souvenir shops. For keen bowlers there is even a bowling green nearby.The apartment is only a five minute walk away from all these amenities making it an ideal base. There are two other golf courses close by and a five minute drive takes you down to the nearest beach.

Villamartin is only a ten minute drive from the bustling town of Torreveija which is an all year round resort with a large choice of restaurants, bars and shops. Alicante is a 40 minute drive to the North and the cathedral town of Murcia is a 40 minute drive to the South.
