Our villa is on a small quiet urbanisation just a few minutes drive from La Zenia Beach, on the Costa Blanca. We chose our villa five years ago and now spend our holidays in a comfortable, well equipped and well maintained home. On the ground floor you will find a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, the main bathroom, living/dining area and seperate kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped including washing machine, microwave and two large fridgefreezers. The entrance to the house is accross a verandah which has been glazed to add an extra room to the house, but can easliy be opened up again by using the sliding doors.
On the first floor you will find the second double bedroom with a toilet and shower adjoining. From the first floor you will also gain access to the roof terrace with plenty of room for sunbathing or barbecuing. 

There is a communal pool on site, but for those of you who like to visit the beach or venture a little further a car would be best used. Although a car is by no means an essential part of your holiday as a large supermarket and a good selection of restaurants and bars are only a 5 minute walk away.There are three golf courses all within a 10 minute drive - Villa Martin, Campamor and Las Ramblas. If you tire of the beach or pool then take a look at the free newspapers for inexpensive coach trips or visit one of the many local markets. The Friday Torrevieja market is huge but there is also a Saturday market held locally. 

 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, fishing, walking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire, cycling, a sports center, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.
