Our villa has a spacious living area downstairs and a self contained apartment on the upper floor. The property can accomodate 6 people.
Main villa contains 2 bedrooms, lounge and dining area. Kitchen is fully fitted with all equipment needed for a self catering holiday.
In all bedrooms there are double beds with duvets and sheets and pillows.
Lounge/dining room has TV, DVD Player, MP3 Stereo, 2 two seater setees, dining table and chairs.
Self contained apartment consists of a double bedroom with en suite shower room, and access to the large rooftop solarium.
 

Sierra Villas is located on the outskirts of Quesada (5 – 10 minutes walk). Quesada hosts a variety of shops, restaurants, bistros, a golf course, pool bar, mini golf, supermarket, a garage and its own aqua park, which is closely supervised and very reasonably priced for families.
On a Saturday and Sunday there is a local market within 3 – 5 minutes walking distance. Fiestas are held in the three neighbouring Spanish towns in April and July, which are great fun and free for everyone.
The complex itself has its own outdoor pool for guest usage only.
The quaint and charismatic villages of Benijofar and Rojales are within a 5 minutes drive, and offer many shops selling local products, or friendly bars serving Spanish beer and tapas.
Shopping
If you are looking for a more cosmopolitan atmosphere, then visit the larger towns of Alicante, Orihuela, Torrevieja and Elche, which are all within 10 – 25 minutes drive, and offer an abundance of shops, restaurants, culture and night life. Trains can be taken from Orihuela to Madrid and Barcelona if you wish to explore further afield. A taxi service is available on site should you prefer not to hire a car during your stay.
Benidorm is approximately 50 minutes up the motorway, and hosts a large theme park called Terra Mietra, which is great for a family day out. There is also a large animal park, Mundomar, and an aqua park.
There is a cinema in La Marina (10 – 15 minutes drive), showing English films, and also hosting a McDonalds. Ten pin bowling, aqua parks, and more open air markets can be found in the near by town of Torrevieja.
Golf
Golf lovers will not be disappointed, as there are more than 5 golf courses to choose from within a ten minute drive.
Beaches
The magnificent nearby beaches of Guardamar (Blue Flag award) and La Marina are ideal for families and children. Guardamar beach is patrolled by the Red Cross in summer months for extra peace of mind. The beach and harbour area comprise part of a large National park area which is hugely popular particularly for traditional picnics and for just relaxing in peaceful surroundings. Also within the boundaries of Guardamar is to be found the beautiful “Queen Sofia Park”, where visitors can take an walk around the lake, whilst children play in the play area.
 

The old fishing port of Torrevieja still retains much of its original charm and character, having its own harbour and fishing fleets … far away from the package holiday. This is a friendly place with some of the most beautiful EEC blue flag beaches in Europe, varying from long stretches of fine sand to undiscovered bays with rugged cliffs and secluded sand dunes. Eucalyptus and pine trees add a little shelter from the sun … perfect picnic spots for all the family.

In the town centre, you will find numerous shops, restaurants and bars, an elegant palm-lined promenade with the most spectacular fountains. Most days and evenings come alive with the wonderful atmosphere created by the local market traders … here you will discover everything from genuine Spanish handicrafts to an amazing variety of fresh, local produce at a fraction of the price you would pay elsewhere.

Just a few minutes drive will take you into unspoiled countryside … miles and miles for you to explore, stopping off at traditional Spanish towns and villages along the way. If it is history and culture that you seek, you won’t be disappointed either … there are plenty of castles and ancient sites to potter round, and a visit to Rabita Califal is a must.

Seeking fun and entertainment in the evenings is easy … a lot of traditional Spanish restaurants put on live music and cabaret. You’ll also have the opportunity to sample a whole host of different international cuisine … Torrevieja alone has over 100 restaurants from which to choose! The best news, it’s invariably far less expensive than you may be used to back home. Then there’s the Rioja … need we say more?

ALICANTE
The entrance to Alicante is between St Barbara’s castle and Postiguet beach. With many historic sights, it is definitely one of those places to return to time and time again. La Rambla, lined with palm trees and running at right angles to La Explanada is the hub round which Alicante’s daily life revolves. It’s in this fabulous city that you’ll find all the large stores, boutiques, international cuisine, museums, galleries, theatres and other amenities you could desire.

FUN FOR ALL THE FAMILY
Many an action filled day can be spent by all the family at Terra Mitica, one of the Spain’s finest theme parks located just outside Benidorm, reached by car or train (it has its own stop on the RENFE from Alicante). Here you can ride the ‘Flight of the Phoenix’, a thrilling freefall for 54 metres; splash through the turbulent ‘Waterfalls of the Nile’; and escape the clutches of Red Beard and his hordes of pirates … lots of fun for all ages.

GUARDAMAR
Dunes, shrubs, eucalyptus and liquorice plants surround Guardamar jutting out over a long strip of golden beach, just 15 kilometres north of Torrevieja. Once a small fishing village and now the proud home of a sophisticated Yacht Club and marina. Within a stone’s throw, you have the wonderful beaches of Orihuela: Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Dehesa de Campoamor, Cape Roig and, last but not least, the El Pinar and La Horadada.

 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
