The living and dining area of this open plan and spacious apartment is furnished with new high quality furniture. An attractive marble floor is fitted throughout the apartment. The living area has a comfortable 3-seater settee (which converts into a double sofa bed), matching 2-seater settee and matching display cabinets. For your entertainment digital satellite television with 30 British channels, including Sky Sports and movie channels are available, along with a Dvd and c.d. player.
There is also a matching large dining table with 6 chairs. The main area of the apartment in fully air-conditioned offering hot and cold air with the added benefit of ceiling fans for your comfort.

The apartment benefits from a large American style kitchen. It is fully equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, clothes rack, iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster, full set of saucepans and dishes.

Master Bedroom

A spacious bedroom with an excellent en-suite bathroom. Double bed with matching bedside tables, large fully fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans for your comfort. The Large patio doors can open up to your balcony ideal for taking early morning breakfast.

Is en-suite to bedroom one. It is fully tiled, with a toilet washbasin and vanity unit, large mirror, and a very large walk in shower.

Is fully tiled, with bidet, toilet, washbasin and vanity unit, with a large mirror, full sized bath with an over the bath shower.

Linen

All bed linen and towels, except for beach towels, are provided.

OUTSIDE

The spacious balcony overlooks the landscapes gardens, countryside and has sea views. The patio table and chairs allowing you to eat or relax outside whilst enjoying the sun.

The enormous roof top solarium is accessed by the stairs or by the lift.



There are beautiful views of the resident’s communal swimming pool, the sea and the countryside beyond.

The large communal swimming pool and children’s pool are regularly maintained and are surrounded by a terrace, which is surrounded by lawns and tropical plants. Perfect for relaxing during the day or after a round on the golf course.

Parking

Is provided adjacent to the apartment.

Security

The front door is protected by high security lock and wrought iron lockable gate that maximises security.
Security grills are fitted on doors and windows for extra protection all are lockable. A safe is also offered for your valuables. Smoke detectors are fitted in each room.

MAKE USE OF YOUR BALCONY AND ROOF TERRACE, ACCESS TO THIS CAN EITHER BE BY THE LIFT OR THE ROOF TERRACE, FOLLOW THE STAIRS. YOU ARE WELCOME TO USE THE SUNLOUNGERS ON THE TERRACE AND BY THE POOL.

POOL

DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE BUILDINGS YOU CAN SEE OPPOSITE YOUR LOUNGE WINDOW FOLLOW THE PATH TO THE RIGHT OF THE APARTMENT.

PLAZA

APPROX 10-MINUTE WALK. HEAD BACK TO THE ROAD AJACENT TO THE APARTMENT, TURN LEFT FOLLOW THE ROAD TO THE ROUNDABOUTS HEAD STRAIGHT ON, PARK ON YOUR LEFT. WHEN YOU REACH THE JUNCTION TURN LEFT. PLAZA IS ON YOUR RIGHT HAND SIDE. LARGE SET OF STEPS WILL TAKE YOU INTO THE TWO LEVELS OF THE PLAZA, WHICH HAS MANY INTERNATIONAL BARS AND RESTAURANTS WITH A FEW SHOPS AMONGST THEM.
ON THE BOTTOM LEVEL YOU CAN FIND THE SUPERMARKET, WHICH IS PRETTY SMALL, BUT YOU CAN FIND EVERYTHING YOU NEED AND A GOOD SELECTION OF BRITISH BRANDS. PAST THE SUPERMARKET YOU CAN FIND THE BANK WITH A CASH MACHINE, AND THEN THE DOCTORS SURGERY. HERE THEY SPEAK VERY GOOD ENGLISH. THE PHARMACY CAN BE FOUND AT THE END OF THE PLAZA TO THE RIGHT. THE NEAREST PHARMACY FROM HERE IS STRAIGHT ACROSS LA ZENIA ROUNDABOUT HEADING FOR THE BEACH, ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE, YOU WILL HAVE TO TURN ACROSS THE ROAD TO ACCESS AND PARK. THE PHARMACY IN SPAIN IS A LOT DIFFERENT THAN IN THE U.K. HERE YOU CAN HAVE MUCH MORE ACCESS TO MEDICATION, INCLUDING ANTIBIOTICS IF YOU KNOW THE NAME OF WHICH ONE YOU NEED.

THE BEACH BUS COLLECTS PASSENGERS FROM OPPOSITE THE SUPERMARKET AND AT A COST OF APPROX 1 EURO THIS ONLY RUNS THROUGH HIGH SEASON, THIS IS WELL WORTH IT, AS THE PARKING AT LA ZENIA IS A NIGHTMARE, THE BEST BEACH FOR PARKING IS CAMPOMAR, WHICH IS MY FAVOURITE, DOWM TO LA ZENIA ROUNDABOUT IST RIGHT ONTO NN332 FOLLOW THE SIGNS YOU WILL CROSS THE NN332 TO GET TO THIS BEACH WELL WORTH THE EXTRA DRIVE.

SUPERMARKETS

YOU HAVE THE PLAZA SUPERMARKET, WHICH WILL SUPPLY ALL YOUR NEEDS IF YOU WISH NOT TO MOVE OF THE COMPLEX.

WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE YOU HAVE SUPA VALU ON THE NEXT COMPLEX LOS DOLSES, THIS IS LARGER THAN THE PLAZA SUPERMARKET, NOT ONE OF MY FAVOURITES.
FURTHER ON WHICH YOU NEED TRANSPORT IS DOWN BY LA ZENIA ROUNDABOUT IS CONSUM SUPERMARKET, MUCH LARGER AND PLENTY OF CHOICE.
THE BIGGEST AND BEST IS CARREFOUR AT TORREIJVA, 3RD EXIT RIGHT OFF LA ZENIA ROUNDABOUT NN332, FOLLOW THE SIGNS. HERE YOU WILL FIND A HYPER- MARKET SELLING ALL YOUR HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES, CLOTHES, DVD’S/CD’S EXCELLENT CHOICE AND WELL WORTH A VISIT WHILE YOU’RE HERE, FOR A LARGE SHOP TO STOCK UP.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

Sue says: "We have had a wonderful and relaxing holiday at this apartment, which was spacious and with all mod cons. We found the apartment very clean, people friendly, and Key Holders extremely helpful. Quiet even in August, and pool to our selves a lot of the time. Very secure. We found the N332 a quicker route to and from the Airport at Alicante although a lot of roundabouts. Alicante a loveley place of visit int he evening. We are definitely recommending this apartment, and the area to all our friends. Sue and John"
