The apartment is a five minute walk from; shops, bars, restaurants, and the beach. They are close enough to enjoy the atmosphere although not in the center of all the noise.
There is not a communal swimming pool although there is a public one round the corner.
The center of Torrevieja is a nice 15 minute walk along the beach, by the marina and has a lively promenade at night and as many shops as you could want!
Close by is the Orihuela Costa, los Altos, and Playa Flamenca. Ten minutes drive away are three Championship courses for the golfer.
20 minutes walk away is Habaneras, and Ozone Center which has bars and restaurants for most tastes and budgets.
The nearest beach is across the road Playa Naufragos. This is an ideal beach for children with a sandy, gently sloping seashore.
 

All rooms are fully equipped, bed linen and towels provided.
Well furnished one bed one bath apartment. All the mod cons in the lounge including sofa, chairs, table, and television. (there is no satellite TV).
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, glasses etc and washing machine.
The bedroom is independant and tastefully decorated with two single beds. The bathroom / shower is accessed from the bedroom.

Located at the front of the apartment block, on the second floor of four floors.
There is a small outdoor balcony where you can fit a small table and chair.
The apartment will sleep a maximum of four people. 

This is ideal to view the area or taste the living qualities in Spain with the locals.
There are a number of British people living permanently in this town, so comunication is not a problem.
You will never be short of things to do nearby.

We do recommend renting a car. Although there is public transport and it is very good, you can travel everywhere for very little money, even goto Benidorm for the day!

For those who like to explore further afield, Cartagena, Alicante, and Benidorm are only a maximum of 1 hour away. We can recommend companies that do return day trips by coach to lots of interesting areas. For example; 10 euros per person return from Torrevieja to Benidorm. Depart 0900hrs and return at 2100hrs. ( You could not ask for cheaper )

With many beautiful beaches on this coast you can visit a different one each day of your holiday. To the south of Torrevieja low cliffs enclose and protect a continuous series of coves and small sandy beaches.
To the north of the town there are miles of golden sandy beaches backed by Pine and Palm clad dunes. There are some of the best Blue Flag beaches in the area and most have facilities such as Volleyball nets and play areas for children.

Torrevieja and its surrounding areas have daily markets varying in size. For the bargain hunters you can shop at a different market every day of the week.
La Mata market is held every Wednesday and Torrevieja's is held evey Friday. Each with several hundred stalls selling clothing, leather goods, shoes, handicrafts, ceramics, paintings, herbs, fruits and vegetables and freshly cooked food to take away.

The village of Fortuna and Archena are home to the famous natural spa waters of the area. The Mar Menor area is traditionally known for its mud baths which are said to eleviate symptoms of arthritis and rheumatism.
