No. 4K Molino Blanco is a three bedroom apartment consisting of l double bedroom,with bathroom ensuite,
two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen, including cooker, oven, microwave fridge, washing machine, kettle, toaster. There are ceiling fans in every room, with air conditioning in the lounge area and main bedroom.  

The apartment is conveniently situated near
to a large supermarket, bars, restaurants,
church, and the
Orihuela Costa Country Club.La Zenia and Playa Capitan beaches are within a ten minute walk from the apartment. 

The apartment is;-
10 minutes drive south of Torrevieja with all its shops, promenades and marinas.
There are four Championship golf courses nearby Villa Martin, Las Rambles, Campoamar and La Finca.Every day a market can be found within a 30 minute drive. 

The patio, off the lounge has a retractable sun canopy so one can eat in the shade on those beautiful sunny days.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

maria says: "Totally met with out expectations and was ideal for children. the apartment was fully equiped with absolutly everything one would need eg. kitchen items and plenty of bed linen and towels and was a real home from home. Also beautifully kept and spotlessly clean. The area surrounding the property isn't what one would call touristy but had everything we required for a great holiday, ie. good reasonably priced restraunts within a short walk away and a huge supermarket just across from the apartments. The beaches were just a short walk from the apartment and all the ones we visted were lovely with climbing frames etc for the kids actually on the beaches and above all very clean."
