The apartment is situated in a peaceful, established private development in the exclusive area of Cabo Roig. This area is referred to as the jewel of the Costa Blanca. It lies on a picturesque peninsular are the heart of the area. There are two beautiful sandy beaches both holding the coveted EEC Blue Flag award. The beaches and marina are linked by a pedestrian path coastal path. Cabo Roig offers a range of restaurants to suit all tastes, all within walking distance of the apartment.
The Cabo Roig Country Club is five minutes walk away and offers tennis, pool and a family bar. 

The apartment is on the first floor, and there is a balcony overlooking the shared pool and woodland. There are two twin bedrooms, a lounge with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, utility room, TV video and music centre. The price includes a welcome pack, linen and towels.(Please bring your own beach towels). There is private, off the road parking. 

 

This is a small established private development. Some residents live in the block permanently, others use their apartment as a summer residence. Very few of the apartments are used for holiday lets.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the in the lounge. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use.

The apartment has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Alan & Linda says: "Could not fault the apartment or complex in any way. The greeting from Jim,the keyholder and from the other residents was very friendly which helped us settle in very quickly. Clean,tidy and with everything you could need the apartment is up a few steps but well worth the effort.. Situated just 5 minutes from the beach along a level walk was perfect for both of us. We both went in the lovely swimming pool most days and enjoyed the banter with the other residents sunning beside the pool. A week is not enough time in this apartment and we would recommend it to anyone wanting a tranquil break in a perfect setting. Will re-visit early next year hopefully."
