The villa is sited on a 500 metre plot with its own pool and private gardens.  

3 x 7 metre pool ideal for cooling down and the kid love it. Also, within walking distance, is a large communial pool which can be used by visitors. Children under 10 years must be supervised at all times. 

Large private area ideal for sun bathing and relaxing. Bar-B-Q area also built in. 

The villa is situated in a quiet residential area which is serviced by a variety of local shops, restaurants and bars providing a large range of cuisines and entertainment to suit every taste. The nearest beach is at La Zenia and is nice and safe, overlooking the beach is a good restaurant that provides traditional Spanish dishes. There are a large number of other beaches in the area to choose from and a trip to Santiago De La Ribera or La Manga will give you an insight into where the Spanish like to holiday. In La Manga there are a number of excellent seafood restaurants in the harbor area and a golf course which is well known. For shopping a trip to Torrevieja, especially for the Friday market is a must and Alicante has good beaches close to the harbor and shopping centre. There is golf at Villamartin and Las Ramblas which are close to the villa and provides all the facilities required for a good days golfing..

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage.

The villa is right beside swimming, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, wind surfing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire, fishing, climbing, flying, mountain biking, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

Go carting, bowling, Cinema, Water Park and Shopping are available in the area.

Layla says: "On arriving at Casa Antonia I was immediately impressed. Its much larger than I expected and more than comfortably accomodated my family of 5 (sleeps 8). More importantly, it was clean and very comfortable with all the facilities you could hope for....washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, cable telly. The area itself is very quiet and pleasant although my 3 children saw to it that it didnt stay peaceful for long. The communual pool is lovely, but again, surprisingly, the villa pool is perfect and deep enough to have a decent swim/dip. Yes, like others had mentioned, some of the tiles on the pools steps leading into it had slightly broken and caused a couple of minor scratches, but once we were aware of this, we were more careful and no other incidents occurred I would strongly recommend a car to get about and to be able to explore the area and the many lovely beaches.....La Zenia, Horadada, to name a few. Give Torrevieja a miss! All in all we had a great holiday and I would love to revisit. One final point regarding Amanda, the lady responsible for the villa. Someone previously mentioned she could have been a bit more friendly. I actually found her to be very helpful and flexible. On arrival, we were able to access the villa early and left late on our departure day, which was a great help."
