The villa is sited on a 500 metre plot with its own pool and private gardens.  

3 x 7 metre pool ideal for cooling down and the kid love it. Also, within walking distance, is a large communial pool which can be used by visitors. Children under 10 years must be supervised at all times. 

Large private area ideal for sun bathing and relaxing. Bar-B-Q area also built in. 

The villa is situated in a quiet residential area which is serviced by a variety of local shops, restaurants and bars providing a large range of cuisines and entertainment to suit every taste. The nearest beach is at La Zenia and is nice and safe, overlooking the beach is a good restaurant that provides traditional Spanish dishes. There are a large number of other beaches in the area to choose from and a trip to Santiago De La Ribera or La Manga will give you an insight into where the Spanish like to holiday. In La Manga there are a number of excellent seafood restaurants in the harbor area and a golf course which is well known. For shopping a trip to Torrevieja, especially for the Friday market is a must and Alicante has good beaches close to the harbor and shopping centre. There is golf at Villamartin and Las Ramblas which are close to the villa and provides all the facilities required for a good days golfing..

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage.

The villa is right beside swimming, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, wind surfing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire, fishing, climbing, flying, mountain biking, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

Go carting, bowling, Cinema, Water Park and Shopping are available in the area.

Carol says: "A beautiful villa, the photos dont do it justice. A lovely area with bars and restaurants within walking distance. An excellent supermarket provided us with all our needs for the week (We also named the hill "Cardiac Hill). We had a really chilled out week, spending most of our time on the large sun terrace and at the pool in the glorious sunshine. A great bbq area, which we made the most of in the evenings, even watched a few of our fav tv programmes. The villa itself is nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. Could do with air conditioning, especially in the bedrooms. (it was a really hot week). We had no complaints about the villa but felt that the lady (Amanda) who met us with keys, could have been a bit more friendly. We arrived an hour before the villa was ready, we were told we had to leave our cases outside and come back in an hour. Just as well our taxi hadnt gone! When we returned, Amanda informed us that the villa had been broken into the week before while the guests were in bed. (luckily our cases were still outside on our return!). She spent very little time showing us around and didnt tell us that there were alarms on the windows (which we found on our third night). Amanda also didnt mention that there is security alarm, or even provide us with the code. As we were 4 females, we did feel a little scared at night. Was also expecting Amanda to come and check the place before we left, but she sent the cleaner to collect the key, so no inspection was made. Apart from the security issues, we all had a really enjoyable week. "
