This is a great central location from which to enjoy this wonderful region of southern Spain, less than 30 mins. from two international airports.
 

The focal point of this peaceful residential complex is the wonderful large pool, surrounded by a communal garden area. There is a private car park and payphone just yards away.
The historic towns of Elche and Murcia, plus the Mar Menor and La Manga are less than half an hour away by car. A cinema, water-park and endless shopping opportunities are available at nearby Torrevieja.

Closer to home, the commercial complexes of Via Park III, The Emerald Isle and La Florida offer a variety of bars and restaurants within five to ten minutes walk, with a much larger selection (including the town of Torrevieja) just ten mins. drive away. The closest supermarket is approximately 1km from the property.
 

The house is beautifully furnished with leather settees, three double beds and modern furniture throughout. It is fully equipped with TV, DVD player, CD stereo, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble-dryer and fridge-freezer. The downstairs shower-room is equipped with WC and a hairdryer, whilst upstairs there is a full bathroom with WC, bath and bidet.

The living room and all bedrooms have ceiling fans, and an extra floor-standing fan is provided to ensure your comfort during the wonderful hot summer weather!

The house has English TV channels so you can keep in touch with your favourite soaps or footy teams if you so wish!

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, walking, horse riding, golf, tennis, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find wind surfing, fishing, climbing, flying, cycling, mountain biking, a sports center, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a themepark.

Superb historic towns and cities of Elche, Murcia and Alicante are close by.

Terra Mitica theme park is about 1hr drive. Waterpark in Torrevieja (10 mins away) open Jun-Sept.

Kathleen says: "its a nice house, but could do with some upgrades, i.e. Air - the house is far too hot, we had to go and buy a fan & we could still not sleep at night Shower room - needs some work (shower leeks) if your going make sure you hire a car!!!! i was disappointed with the house because in our group there was 10 house, ours was the most expensive and was the only one with out air conditioning. but it is a really nice house, in a secure area, with the gates lock at all times, its just we could not stand the air at night "
