we are in a prime location approximately 25 minutes from Murcia airport and 45 minutes from Alicante airport, and with a good network of road links, it is possible to travel around the area easily

there are go-karts horse riding & water sports all with in 10 min drive. Kids young & old can enjoy the 2 waterparks located in the area,
Aquapolis at Torrevieja is the most popular & a smaller waterpark at Quesada.
also the area has 3 golf courses Villamartin Campoamor Las Ramblas & more golf courses with in 10 min drive
There is a TV with Satellite that includes BBC, Sky and 30 other channels including Sport
The villa has access to a communal pool which also has a children's section attached to it.
The pool area will soon have a security coded gate entry system (details will be available at the property)
for residents/clients use only.
Benidorm with is famous night life and numerous theme parks is situated about 75 minutes drive away and is well worth a visit with the kids 

Places to visit on the Costa Blanca
The main town heading towards Alicante is called Torrevieja
which is 10/15 minutes drive from our villa There are all the quality shops
you would expect of a larger town. It is also home to the hypermarket for
all the smokers and drinkers. It has some lovely restaurants and
large marina. There is a promenade which stretches the length of the town
and is lit up at night. A funfair is located at the seafront.
The waterpark is also at Torrevieja
Heading towards Cartagenta is the Resort of La Manga, about 40 to 50 minutes
drive where the England football team trained. It is the Las Vegas of the
Costa Blanca and growing in popularity.
A short drive from our villa is the village of San Miguel
which is well worth a visit.
There is a cave restaurant which is built into the hill and you have
to book early. There is also a bar called the "peanut bar".
It is a local's house who wanted to turn it into a bar several years ago.
The Mayor refuse to give him permission (why ?? donot know)
So your drinks are free but you pay for the peanuts he serves with your drink:)).
Elche is located about 30 minutes away, a beautiful town full of palm trees,
parks & historic buildings.

there is a double sofa bed The down stairs bathroom is a shower wc sink only (no bath) there is a safe & alarm in the property & also 2 raido alarms in bedrooms 3 ash trays are provided for smoking out side on the solariums PLEASE TAKE NOTE there is a Cleaning charge of € 45.00 Euros for the villa which is additional to the rental,which is paid to key holder on arrival.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, golf, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a sports center, a zoo, a themepark.
