The villa has been furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style and offers extremely comfortable living accommodation. There is a shared pool with secure access for use by a limited number of residents.
It is located in a very quiet area with fabulous mountain views and is within easy reach of the historic Spanish town of Orihuela.
A car is essential to experience everything the area has to offer, and the best place to to pick up the car is on arrival at the airport. For example, it is approximately 25 minutes drive to various Blue Flag beaches (Torrevieja, La Zenia, Campoamor and Cabo Roig) and an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops.

There are more golf courses in the area including the famous La Manga Golf Club and La Marquesa Quesada Golf & Country Club.

Bowls - there are several local bowls clubs and a Costa Blanca Bowls League organizing inter-club matches and social events. La Siesta Bowls Club is to the south of Alicante in Urbanization La Siesta, near Torrevieja. San Miguel Bowls Club is next to the Cheers Bar & Restaurant in Urbanization Eagles Nest, near San Miguel de Salinas.

Water Sports - sailing, surfing, scuba-diving, windsurfing, water-skiing, snorkeling, fishing are all available: at the port in Torrevieja you will find the yacht club "Real Club Nàutico de Torrevieja" and the modern marina "Marina Internacional de Torrevieja" (with over 800 moorings) which offer two diving centres, sailing school, two charter companies and a full range of water sports.

"Club Nàutico Cabo Roig" has a yacht club and a light sailboat and windsurfing school, "Club Nàutico Dehesa de Campoamor" is indicated for motorised craft or low-draught sailboats.

Horse Riding - available at the El Refugio Horse Riding Centre situated at La Mata Salt Lakes to the north of Torrevieja.

Tennis - there are numerous clubs and courts in the area.

There are several fully equipped gyms, also football, darts, aerobics, squash, dancing, cycling, ten-pin bowling are available. 

Torrevieja is an ancient sea port and there are many historic sites. Every evening in the summer months a craft market is held close to the port. There is also a big fairground. There is a cinema and bowling complex and go-karts in the southern part of Torrevieja.
Both Torrevieja & Villamartin offer a lot of restaurants, tapas bars and street cafes, where you can choose from the native Spanish to Italian, French, German, Chinese, Indian, Korean, Scandinavian, Mexican cuisine.
The water park in Torrevieja "Aquópolis" offers fun activities for the whole family to enjoy: river rapids, kamikaze slides, wave machine.
There are many local fiestas: the feast of the Three Wise Men on 5th of January, carnivals in February, the Holy Week processions in April, the May Fair, the feast of San Juan in June, the feast of the Virgen del Carmen and the election of Torrevieja's "Queen of Salt" in July, and one of the biggest festivals, "Habaneras" - an international music contest, which takes place in August.
There is a Nature park "Rio Safari" near Elche, off the Santa Pola motorway. There you can see animals like hippopotami, giraffes, elephants, tigers, lions, alligators, the caiman farm, the aquarium, the reptile house, and avery.
Pola Park in Santa Pola offers more than 20 different attractions: bouncy castles, rides through the park, boating lake, the laser labyrinth, scary rides, a games arcade, a 60m high tower with an excellent panorama, restaurants. The entry to the park is free.
Benidorm is 75 kms north: Spain's biggest theme park " Terra Mitica", the water world of "Aqualandia", the exotic bird and marine life centre "Mundomar". The seals' and dolphins' shows are worth seeing at Mundomar. The dolphinarium is right at the top of the hill and the views of Benidorm and the surrounding mountains are stunning. At Terra Mitica you can visit ancient Rome, Greece, Egypt, ride the Magnus Colossus, go down the Nile and many more.  

The typically Spanish village of Bigastro is a 3 minute drive and has various amenities such as a supermarket, chemist, dentist and a weekly outdoor market offering fresh fish, meat and vegetables. Children's amenities (e.g. cot, highchair, pushchair) can be provided upon request - please enquire. One Bedroom has a safe fitted, with owners disclaimer for any loss or damage to guests' contents stored therein. Please bring your own beach/pool towels. For those who prefer not to drive, airport pick-ups and drop-offs are available by prior arrangement and at extra cost. Please note that this is a strictly "no smoking" villa, and if our Managing Agent informs us that the villa smells of smoke, your £200 security deposit will be retained for the subsequent cleaning.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find golf, a sports center, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, horse riding, tennis, scuba diving, historic sites, a zoo.

Go-karting, bowling and aqua park. Terra Mitica theme park is only an hours drive away.
