This lovely 1st floor bungalow is in a quiet area in a small gated community, the landscaped pool is directly under the balcony and is only for use of the immediate surrounding properties, which makes it very peaceful. It has a large rooftop solarium, great for summer barbecues and includes four sunbeds and a large umbrella. The championship golf course 'La Finca' is within walking distance which also has fantastic bars and restaurants on the new inpressive complex. There is plenty of parking space at the property as a car is essential. The pretty village of Algorfa is a few minutes away and all the surrounding villages have many fiestas. 

There are two twin bed rooms with plenty of storage space, linen and bath towels are included. There is a burgular alarm for security also window locks and shutters on all the windows, which is great for keeping out the daylight for naps. The small kitchen is well equipped with cooker, fridge-freezer and anything you may need. The living room has a dining table, sofa, rocking chair and D.V.D./T.V., all the ceiling lights have fans. The spacious balcony is reached through the living room and has patio furniture and a great view of the pool. There is hot/cold aircon available (metered). 

The village of Algorfa is in 5 minutes drive, there are also numerous other interesting villages and towns within 10-15 minutes drive. Orihuella is a very historical town with plenty of sites of interest. There are large markets in close proximity on different days. Torrevieja with its great promenade, hypermarkets, restaurants and bars is in 15 minutes drive. Guardamar is the same distance and has a fantastic big sandy beach, night markets, restaurants and bars. There is local horseriding and tennis also many different golf courses within a short drive, including villamartin and campoamar. The mountains and salt lakes are only a short drive. There are hot spring spa baths about 45 minutes away. 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Kevin says: "A very nice compact flat in a quiet area close to Algorfa. The Kitchen is very small, although it has all the essentials one needs on a holiday. The roof top terrace is wonderful and catches the sun all day long.(Sun shone every day for 2 weeks in March 06). The shops at La Finca seem to be taking a long time to start trading. You must have a car. Would we go again, the answer is YES!"
