Location
This luxury property is located in the wonderfully peaceful up market rural area that is Quesada. Quesada is a self contained community just off the main tourist track with many beautiful unspoilt beaches within a few minutes drive. Main towns, such as Guardermar, Santa Pola, Torrevieja etc are all within a short drive. Quesada is situated 10 minutes to the North of Torrevieja and 30 minutes from the Airports of Alicante and Murcia.

Quesada has it’s own excellent range of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. There is mostly everything you will need with a number of shops including supermarkets, banks, newsagents, opticians, doctor and chemist.

Also surrounding the property there is a smattering of individual shops, supermarkets bars and restaurants etc within just a few minutes walk.

 

The property is in a shared community with beautiful pools and gardens. The property is spacious and furnished to high standard. 3 double size bedrooms 2 with balconies. One of the bedrooms is downstairs (ideal for elderly or disabled guests) The property also has its own private gardens at the front side and rear.

Upstairs luxury bathroom with corner bath wc sink and bidet. Downstairs cloakroom with shower wc and sink, lounge with sky TV, CD, stereo, games and books. Fully equipped kitchen. Outhouse with washing machine and laundry facilities. Take your choice of the selection of balconies terraces and gardens for ‘al fresco’ dining.

There are a few resident neighbours who are very nice although most of the properties are holiday homes which means the pools are mostly empty, 'even in August'

There is a meet and greet service. A call out service for emergencies or assistance and Maid service provided for weekly linen change. Linen and towels (not beach) provided.

Cots and highchairs etc can be arranged. A fee will be charged payable locally.

 

Apart from Quesada’s own range of bars and restaurants try the neighbouring towns for the cosmopolitan range of restaurants to be found in this area of Spain, a true gourmets delight.

Quesada has it’s own country club open to non members, the club has a pool, bowling green, restaurant, barbeque and nightly entertainment with stunning views over the salt lakes to Torrevieja in the distance. There is also an Aquapark which is suitable for younger children.

For the golfing enthusiasts, Quesada boasts its very own excellent 18 hole golf course and clubhouse ‘La Marquesa’ There are many other courses in the vicinity, some are championship standard, like Villamartin or La-Finca.

For the Ladies there is at least one Market for every day of the week in surrounding towns and villages. Local towns within a few minutes drive are Rojales, Algorfo, Guardemar and Los Montesinos these are very Spanish with typical Markets bars and restaurants.

Activities
Costa Blanca means ‘white coast’ due to its many fine white sandy beaches. The European Blue Flag award is not uncommon. An average of 320 days sunshine makes this an ideal holiday destination all year round. Due to the health giving properties of the salt lakes combined with the climate, the World Health Organisation rates this area of the Costa Blanca one of the healthiest places in the world to live.

Torrivieja has it all with its Casinos, clubs restaurants bars and shops. Torrevieja has a new esplanade which stretches from the Marina. Sit outside a bar on any Sunday and watch the World go by as the Spanish dress in all their finery and parade the esplanade.

The local fishing port of Torrevieja boasts an impressive marina with a terrific range of watersports, sailing, windsurfing, motor cruising, para gliding and jet-skiing.
Fishing, horse riding, tennis and walks are just a few of the other many activities available.
For the cultural there is a host of Art Galleries, Cathedrals, Museums and Monasteries to visit in such places as Murcia, Cartagena, Orihuela and Alicante.

This contains a wealth of information including activities, maps, directions etc. If you need some guidance we have lots of recommendations for you to try including best markets, good food, best beaches etc. The resident neighbours are all lovely people and will make you feel at home.


 

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, a tennis court.

The villa is right beside walking, cycling, golf, tennis, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, flying, mountain biking, a sports center, historic sites, a museum, a zoo.
