This is a 3 bedroom house with an additional ground floor lounge/bedroom with a double sofa-bed.The property lies some 50m from the large communal pool which also features a section for small kiddies, showers and a large patio area. The property is idealy suit for families of all ages and in particular golf lovers who will find three championship courses within 5 minutes drive. There is also the new and spectacular La Finca course some 20 minutes drive distance. A car is essential.

The reknowned Villamartin Plaza with its abundance of quality restaurants and bars is only a few minutes walk away. Under 5 minutes drive will bring you to the new entertainment and restaurants of La Rioja at the entrance to Villamartin. This area of the southern Costa Blanca (the Orihuela Costa) features many lovely beaches. You are only a few minutes away from the beaches of La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor, Punta Prima or Mil Palmeras – all of which have been awarded the European Blue Flag for excellence. Each beach features kiddies play areas and a beach bar/café serving cooked food, tapas and snacks – probably the areas best beach is Cala Capitan on the Cabo Roig peninsula (easy to find with our directions).

In all of the areas main urbanisations you will find excellent bars & restaurants, particularily in Flamenca Beach, Los Dolces, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Villamartin. Although the Japanese Revenge of Karaoke is rampant on most evenings and in most bars the Irish Bars tend to lean towards considerably better live entertainment though until the early hours. Go Karts, Horse Riding, Quad Bikes, Jet Skis, massive all night discotheques – you can have it quiet or very lively – the choice is your. And everywhere is kid friendly.

The main town of Torrevieja is around 15 minutes drive and is the principal town of the South Valencian community with excellent shopping, the massive Friday Market and enjoys a delightful seaboard of lidos for pleasant strolls, a craft market, fairground in summer and large marina offering boaty excursions. Torrevieja is surrounded by two huge salt lakes which it is claimed are responsible for creating a localised climate making the entire area one of the healthiest places in Europe – from the number of retirees there one would think it was Gods Waiting Room. The airports of El Altet (Alicante) and San Javiar (Murcia) are 45 & 20 km respectively. Benidorm, with its nightlife and the theme parks of Aqualandia, Mundomar (Sea World) and Terra Mitica are around a 90 minute drive but well worth it for the kids. A car is suggested for this property.

Very good value for money as it is a large house in a central location with very good local amenities and easy access to all the attractions of the Southern Costa Blanca. Very clean and comfortable throughout with a nice pool with lifeguard and shade. We would recommend this house to all.
 

 

 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, a theatre/cinema.

Mark says: " We found the property clean and spacious. There was 8 of us in the party (2 families of 4) and it accomodated us no problem, we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. You need a car if you stay there. It's a 15/20 min walk to Villa Martin Plaza. The pool was disappointing, to many restrications - no noise, eating, drinking, inflatables, etc. We had children, so this meant we had to use the pools at Le Zenia beach."
