Villa Jumilla is set in the beautiful district of Playa Flamenca Beach, close to Cabo Roig. A few minutes walk to the beach and just ten minutes by car to one of three stunning Golf Courses.

It is a well developed area with all the amenities you need for a superb holiday in the sun. There is unlimited use of the communal pool which is exclusive to our small community.

A spacious well equipped Air Conditioned property, with a large lounge/dining area, colour tv, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bath, shower toilet and bidet. 2 large bedrooms, additionally there are 2 large sofas in the living area one of which converts into a double sofa bed, making the property suitable for up to six guests. Jumilla also boasts a massive roof terrace with tables and seating, ideal for meal times or BBQ's. Towels, sheets, cutlery, plates, cups, glasses etc. are all included (as you would expect of course). Off road secure car parking adjacent to property.

Playa Flamenca is just a 20 minute drive from Murcia Airport and about 35 minutes from Alicante Airport.

The last thing you want to do when you arrive at Villa Jumilla, is to have to go shopping for things like Tea, Coffee, Milk, Sugar. So with our compliments we will arrange for a welcome pack to be waiting for you when you arrive.

For your peace of mind, the property is insured for Public and Private Indemnity. 

The city of Torrevieja is just a 10 minute drive, where you will find a host of shops, department stores, pubs, clubs, Ten Pin Bowling, Casino, Aqua Park and so much more.

The nearest beaches and coves are just 5 –7 minutes walk and are some of the cleanest and safest in Europe, all beaches in the area have been awarded the European Blue Flag of Excellence. in addition to swimming and sunbathing, there are some excellent areas for snorkelling or scuba diving.

There are 3 top class Golf Courses within a 10 minute drive of Jumilla, and a further 1/2 dozen within an hours drive. Book early to ensure the best times.

And of course there are a host of Local Events, Fiestas and Festivals all year round on the Costa Blanca.
 

The local shopping area is just a short walk away, there you will find everything you could possibly need, including 3 supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, post office, dry cleaners, banks, internet cafes etc.

There are also many local street markets offering everything from fresh fruit and vegetables, clothes, shoes and traditional Spanish crafts.

There is an extremely comfortable Double Sofa Bed in the front room, making the property suitable for up to 6 guests, a buggy pushchair and a cot available for babies (No cot linen supplied).

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find historic sites, a themepark.
