Sleeping
The apartment has 2 twin bedrooms, sleeping a total of 5 and there is ample space in both bedrooms for a baby cot and the optional "fold away bed". Summer and winter bed linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels.

General
There is a newly fitted bathroom with both bath and shower. A large vanity unit gives ample storage for toiletries.

Entertainment
There is a wide screen TV with a cable network that provides 30 British TV channels, 10 music channels in addition to Spanish TV. Books, games and some beach equipment is also provided. (Beach mats, float, foot pump etc)

Eating & Living
The dining table seats 4 people and the lounge area seats 5 on a leather 3 piece suite. In addition there are dining facilities for 4 people on the balcony. The spacious kitchen is equally well equipped for dinner parties or quick snacks. You will find a ceramic hob, electric fan oven, microwave, mini-convection oven, fridge, washing machine, freezer, kettle, toaster, clothes drier, iron, ironing board together with all cooking and dining utensils.

Smoking is permitted in the apartment but guests are requested not to smoke in the bedrooms.
 

Situated in a well maintained secure complex, the apartment has the use of a large swimming pool which is open from June to the end of September. Torrevieja is within 5 mins drive and a choice of lovely "Blue Flag" beaches are only a short walk away.

There are 3 golf courses within 20 mins drive. The apartment is opposite a great sea front restaurant and only a short walk to the local supermarket.

General
The apartment is located in a fairly quiet neighbourhood, the main noise being the sound of the waves. There is a super-sized communal swimming pool on site within a large landscaped area. All windows of the apartment have panoramic sea views in addition to the south-facing balcony. All external and internal areas have ample lighting.

Extra Information
The apartment is located on the 4th floor (top floor) and is serviced by 2 lifts in addition to the stairs. There is an intercom system to the main entrance door.

On Site
In addition to the pool, the nearest beach is immediately opposite the apartment, although a small beach compared to others close by, it is safe for swimming and manned by lifeguards in the summer months. Also next to the apartment is a bar/ restaurant serving meals from 11am to 11pm. A small supermarket is nearby but within 10 minutes walk are many other shops, banks, supermarkets, bars and restaurants of numerous nationalities.

Less than 15 minutes drive away
Activities within a short drive include sailing, water-skiing, fishing, boat hire, golf, a gymnasium, scuba diving, street markets, hypermarkets, shopping malls and an aqua park. The nearby resort of Torrevieja has a fashionable marina, boutiques, cafes, restaurants, and safe bathing and diving areas.

Less than 45 minutes drive away
The historic towns of Murcia and Cartagena are worth a visit. La Manga is renown for its world championship golf-course. The Mar Menor is a warm inland sea famed for its spa treatments and safe beaches with calm and shallow waters.

Extra
There are street markets on every day of the week in different locations nearby. A bus stop, which serves the coast to the north and south, is in short walking distance. Free day excursions to places of interest are available from here.

 

The apartment is located on 3rd floor, and is serviced by 2 lifts. The pool is open from June to end of September. A "travel cot" and "highchair" are available to hire at a cost of £15.00 per week for each. Welcome packs also available.Please ask for details.

Rachel says: "We had a fantastic holiday at Nautilus. The apartment is lovely with a very nice and modern kitchen full of everything you need whilst away from home. My daughter thought it was incredible! I would say it is a very quiet area with a lovely promenade to walk down and would suit families. My only regret was not hiring a car as walking from the main supermarket with shopping was fairly hard! There is a smaller one nearer though for every day things. We thought the beach was lovely and very clean. It is perfect for children. Thank you again for a lovely stay."
