The Brisas Y Golf development is located in a popular area, close to the renowned Villamartin Golf course and 10 minutes from a further two. You are within walking distance to Villamartin Plaza, with its many shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
The beaches of Orihuela Costa are also only a short distance away. These are some of the most beautiful EEC blue flag beaches in Europe, varying from long stretches of fine sand to undiscovered bays with rugged cliffs and secluded sand dunes.


 

The property consists of a good-sized living/dining room with an open plan kitchen. There is a small terrace on the front of the apartment and a bigger one to the rear, it also has a large roof solarium. Two bedrooms and living room bed settee will sleep up two six people.

The villa is newly built and is equipped with brand new furniture and fittings. Bed linen and towels are provided but please bring beach towels. Guests are politely asked to smoke outside on the terraces or solarium.

Guests have full use of an attractive shared communal pool with a shallow area for young children. The pool can be seen from the rear terrace and roof solarium.

 

The World Health Organisation recommends the area for having one of the healthiest climates in the world. This is caused by the combination of constant year round warm temperatures and the two huge salt lakes which are 3km away (as the crow flies) and rich in minerals. The natural salt lakes dry the air, therefore reducing humidity and producing a healthy atmosphere, especially for arthritis suffers.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
