Situated in the sunniest part of Spain in a quiet cul-de-sac, on a gated complex our 3 bedroom (all with hot or cold air-con) villa with 8m x 4m private pool is situated beside Las Ramblas Golf Course, yet only 12 minutes drive from beautiful, sandy award winning Blue flag beaches and 5 minutes to restaurants and supermarkets. The property is set in a wonderfully peaceful location, ideally situated for that family holiday.
Our 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa has hot or cold air-conditioning to all 3 bedrooms, satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, microwave, a 4 ring hob/oven, washing machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric juice extractor, 3 types of coffee maker, fully equipped with crockery and all essential cooking utensils for up to 8 people (so invite your friends to drop in). There is also an iron and ironing board and drying rack to make your holiday hassle-free.
The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom has patio doors to the sun terrace which overlooks the private swimming pool, garden and golf course. The en-suite bathroom boasts twin handbasins , bath/shower over, bidet and W.C.
The two twin-bedded bedrooms share a family bathroom with the same facilities as the master en-suite bedroom.
All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space, hot/cold air-conditioning and ceiling fans.
The lounge/dining room is located on the 1st floor to take advantage of the magnificent views over the golf course and surrounding countryside. There are terraces at each end of this room, one housing the built-in B.B.Q. a wonderful place to enjoy a meal and that much deserved glass of wine. For your enjoyment, there is a Satellite TV, CD/radio/tape player, DVD player with a library of family films. For your comfort there are 2 large sofas and the dining area has seating for 8. There is also a free-standing fan and a gas heater, should you need either.

Linen and towels (NOT beach towels) are provided and included in the cost of your holiday.
 

This residential area has become a favourite destination for European and worldwide tourists who are seeking first-class accommodation. It boasts wonderful beaches, together with an excellent infrastructure, which includes 3 golf courses: Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor.
In a prime location approximately 25 minutes from Murcia airport and 50 minutes from Alicante airport, and with a good network of road links, it is possible to travel around the area easily.

Las Ramblas Golf Club is 18 holes, par 72 with a pro-shop, Cafe Bar/restaurant just 500yards from our villa.

Campoamor Golf Club is just next to the entrance to Las Ramblas and is 18 holes, par 72, with a pro-shop, restaurant, new club house.

Villamartin Golf Club is the furthest golf course to the villa:(10 minutes by car)

Water Sports - sailing, surfing, scuba-diving, windsurfing, water-skiing, snorkelling, fishing are all available in the area.

There is a cinema and bowling complex and go-carts on the outskirts of Torrevieja.
Heading towards Cartagena is the Resort of La Manga, about 40 to 50 minutes drive where the England football team often trains. It is the Las Vegas of the Costa Blanca and growing in popularity.

A short drive from our villa is the village of San Miguel which is well worth a visit.

Torrevieja has a large marina with over 1000 berths, a magnificent promenade and harbour walk. Abundant bars, restaurants, shops, plus boat trips are available from the harbour. Torrevieja is renowned for its salt lakes and therapeutic climate, especially for those suffering from respiratory or arthritic ailments.
Torrevieja's seafront offers a lot of restaurants, tapas bars and street cafes, where you can choose from the native Spanish to Italian, French, German, Chinese, Indian, Korean, Scandinavian, Mexican cuisine.

Benidorm is 75 kilometres north of Torrevieja and offers a lot for great days out: Spain's biggest theme park " Terra Mitica", the water world of "Aqualandia", the exotic bird and marine life centre "Mundomar".

ENGLISH is spoken as a second language and is easily understood by the shopkeepers, waiters, taxi drivers, etc. 

There are three Blue Flag beaches only minutes away by car. Cabo Roig, La Zenia and Campoamor. Due to the wonderful climate all year round the Costa Blanca enjoys over 320 days of sunshine annually. Other beaches include Las Palmeras, Torrevieja and Torre de la Horadada. Most watersports can be found in the area.
Playa La Zenia is the beach to the right of La Zenia hotel. There is a bar right on the beach and plenty of space for ball games. There is also a big restaurant with a magnificent sea view.
Playa Flamenca is the next beach along from La Zenia. There are interesting small cliffs and small isolated creeks. It is more open, with fine sand and has a children's play area.
Playa Cabo Roig is the next beach down from La Zenia. This beach has fine golden sand and is sheltered by a cape. There is a yacht port on its northern extreme. The beach is suitable for water sports. The restaurant at the top offers a private garden overlooking the sea.
 

We have now installed satellite TV with over 50 English speaking channels available - including:- BBC 1 / ITV 1-2-3-4 / CH4 / CH5 / FILM 4 / SKY NEWS / BBC NEWS 24. We have also left a DVD player connected to the television with a large number of DVD films for your use, but please feel free to bring along your own discs. You will require a car if you wish to see many of the wonderful sights in the area. The main roads are first class, making your sight-seeing a pleasure. The villa has a carport, which is very useful to keep your car cool in the shade & out of the hot sun.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside walking, cycling, golf.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find flying, historic sites, a museum.

donna says: "Being apprehensive with the earlier negative review we were delighted to find that the cleaning standard was fantastic. The villa has absolutely everything to offer, down to the finest detail. We only have two slight negative comments to make, firstly the directions, perhaps just us but we struggled to find La Zenia roundabout and what should have taken an hour turned into a 3 hour journey. Second comment is the pool, our swimming clothes turned green, as did we, we reported to the office and the pool man came out, however the problem did not go away. Not being experts, we would suggest that pool is drained and cleaned then refilled with less chlorine. Car Hire is essential. This is very much a chill out holiday and was enjoyed by the 5 of us ages 42 down to 7. The air con in the bedrooms is fantastic. Final tip is to use the supermarket up the hill to the left of the entrance, it caters very much for the British market whereas Aldi down the road tends to have limited stock. All in all a fantastic holiday which we will be sure to repeat. Many thanks."
