The villa is appointed with luxury furniture including a leather suite, 32" widescreen TV with video, DVD and English satellite TV. For entertainment there are DVDs, videos and books for your use, a stereo system and also the satallite TV has BBC 1 & 2, ITV, Channel 4 & 5, Sky one, all Sky sports channels, Sky movies 1 & 2 and a childrens cartoon channel. The kitchen has top of the range Bosch silver appliances including dishwasher. You will find downlights, king size beds, etc. No expense has been spared !

The villa has 2 double bedrooms upstairs with connected terraces overlooking the pool. There is also a large roof terrace with views to the sea and to Mar Menor. The third bedroom features two single beds and is located on the ground floor. All of the bedrooms feature large built-in wardrobes. There is a bathroom with shower facilities located downstairs, and a large family bathroom with bath and shower facilities located upstairs.

Within 2 minutes walk you will find a number of bars, cafes and restaurants (English, Spanish, Chinese, Indian), and a small supermarket. Within 3 minutes drive you will find Villamartin plaza (featuring 20+ restaurants), a large supermarket and also 3 championship golf courses. The fantastic beach of Campoamor is under a 10 minute drive away. 

This area of the Costa Blanca features many wonderful beaches. The villa is situated only a few minutes drive away from idyllic sandy beaches such as Campoamor and La Zenia. Other nearby beaches also include Cabo Roig, Punta Prima and Mil Palmeras. It is worth noting that these beaches have all been awarded the 'Blue Flag'.

The villa is located around 3 minutes drive away from a number of championship Golf Courses. These include Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor 

Torrevieja is situated next to the sea in the south of the Valencian Community. It is surrounded by two large natural saltwater lagoons that form the well-known "Salterns of Torrevieja", which are considered to be the biggest in Europe and second in the world. In Torrevieja town there is a pretty harbour and a lovelly promenade and pier to take a leisurely stroll. There are some fantastic shops and a market on Fridays and also there is a large hypermarket and shopping centre. Just outside town there is a water park that is open in the summer season.
Alicante, the provincial capital is about 47 Kms away, and the international airports of El Altet (Alicante) is a about 45 Km away and San Javier (Murcia) is about 20 Kms away.
Benidorm with is famous night life and numerous theme parks is situated about 75 minutes drive away and is well worth a visit with the kids. 

Note: In the whole of the Costa Blanca there is a major property boom at the moment and so there may be occasional noise or untidiness in the surrounding streets which we cannot predict. This has never been a problem for any previous guests.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Ann says: "We have just returned from the villa Casa Amarillo and would like to let you know that we had a wonderful holiday and everything was as expected if not better. The villa was extremely well equipped and perfect in every way. We were met by Andy and Doreen who were really pleasant and helpful even though we were later arriving that anticipated. We did contact them when leaving Alicante to let them know we were running late and they could leave a key but they still waited which was much appreciated. They explained that the pool had not been up to standard and the pool cleaner had been informed to try to sort it. We feel that we must give a great deal of praise to the gentleman looking after the pool as he was there every day and after only a few days it was more than acceptable and by the end of the first week it was crystal clear and perfect. Once again, a big thank you - the villa is a credit to you and would have no hesitation in recommending it and perhaps looking to book again in the future"
