There are two balconies , the downstairs balcony having dining furniture under a retractable canopy and the large upstairs sun terrace having dining furniture and sun loungers. Both enjoy full sun all day and both completely unoverlooked for added privacy!

To the right of our building you can enjoy the communal pool with waterfall, or , if you prefer the jaccuzi, both with spectacular views overlooking the golf course 

The spacious well appointed apartment has three double sized bedrooms,two on the lower floor and the master on the upper floor.

Once inside, after disabling the added security alarm you go through the spacious hallway into the lounge kitchen.
The air conditioned lounge has been tastefully furnished with a huge sofa facing the fireplace and Sony Flat screen TV.

There is a large selection of DVD,s for any evenings in!

The fully fitted Kitchen is fully stocked and has a full size dishwasher as well as the usual laundry facilities.

The patio doors lead onto the lower balcony for dining.

The two downstairs bedrooms and family showerroom are located thru the hallway.Bedroom furnishings consist of fitted wardrobes as well as two single beds per room,dresser etc in a quality dark wood.

On the upper floor the Master suite has a French oak Super King size bed with luxury ensuite bathroom. The bedroom has its own private terrace that is not overlooked and enjoys full sun for most of the day.
All furnishings are modern and as new.

The apartment has television and home cinema with video, dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

christopher says: "Although the area was not as picturesque as some, and needed exploring carefully to find the best areas, the property and its location more than made up for this. It was exactly as described, perhaps nicer than expected.The pre-clean / dusting could have been better but it was still better than most. and we were reluctant to leave. The contact with Home from Home was useful and reassuring and the booking arrangements were perhaps the best we have come across."
