Ideally situated by the championship golf course of Villa Martin and just a few minutes by car to the beaches.

The bungalow is new completed 2004 on a small development known as Lomas Del Golf (grass and flowers has been laid around pool since the photo from our terrace has been taken). It benefits from being in a quiet area and has an open aspect with views down to the sea (3km). From the reservoir (3 min walk) you can enjoy fantastic panoramic views to the sea, Torrevieja, salt lakes and mountains to the rear.
Villa Martin Plaza is just a 10 min walk away with over 40 bars & restaurants. I am sure there must be a flavour there to suit every one. Also a supermarket, bank, chemist and various other shops & entertainment.
 

You will find by car (5 mins) the local beach (in the summer months there is a bus service) of La Zenia with all the amenities to make a full day on the beach an enjoyable one. Torrevieja (10 mins) is a medium sized cosmopolitan town with beautiful promenades, pavement cafe’s and daily craft market.
If you prefer to travel around on your holidays you will not be disappointed. Go inland and you will find the fabulous mountains and breathtaking scenery, stop off on your travels and sample some of the locally produced village wines & cuisine. In the old towns of Orihuela,Elche and Murcia you will find fine architecture & museums.
Just 1 hour up the motorway is Benidorm with the attractions of Terra Mitica (theme park) Aqualandia (water park) Mundo Mar and Benidorm Palace (cabaret/show palace). There is a bus service in the summer months to all these attractions which stops at La Zenia.
 

. As this is a community (all the properties which are similar) you are able to use the facilities of each other. So if one pool is out for maintenance etc there are 4 others to choose from. There is a walkway through to the main road so there is no need to walk all the way down to the roundabout to get to the bars and restaurants around the corner.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, sea views, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark.
