This beautiful newly built south facing villa is situated in a wonderful peaceful location It is so convenient to all the amenities one would expect from your long deserved holiday.with a range of new bars,shops etc within walking distance. It is built to a very high standard as is the furniture and fixings you will find inside, with down stairs and upstairs air conditioning/heating system. The garden is a tiled area. There are several sunloungers, a large table and 6 chairs for outside use. The front door is approached by two steps which will lead you to an open plan living/kitchen area.
There are 2 three seated settees a coffee table, dining table and chairs. This is where the downstairs air conditioning/heating system is. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons.
The first of the double bedrooms, is on this floor with fitted wardrobe and drawer units.
This floor also has the first bathroom and is where the washing machine is located. This bathroom has a shower with shower door fitted, toilet and sink unit.
Going upstairs is the twin room,with fitted wardrobes and drawer units and also has air con/ heating system. The main bathroom with bath, shower over bath with fitted shower door, toilet, bidet and wash unit.
The main double room is where the safety box is and upstairs air conditioning /heating. There is a door in this room leading to a balcony with peaceful views of the lakes. All bedrooms have bedside table lamps. On this floor the landing is where you approach the steps to the upper terrace
All the doors and windows are fitted with security grills.

 

The pool is just adjacent to the villa and although communal, is very quiet and private. It has well maintained lawns and a shower and a divide for children’s use.shops and restaurants are within walking distance. It is so convenient to all amenities 5/10 min.by car will take you to a quiet beach at Dunes of Guardamar which has a lovely open air cafe/restaurant and an icecream bar, a short distance away there is a busier beach, Guardamar del Segura, which is one of the longest in Costa Blanca, here you will find lots of traditional sea front food houses, shops and attractions. Approx 10/15 min. the other way will take you to Torrevieja where there is a water park for a fun day out. There is also a lovely town park where it is lovely to stroll or play with your children it has swings/slides etc for their entertainment. You will also find the enormous shopping centre Carrefour.
Terra Mitica theme park is a straight drive, approx 45 min. in Benidorm.
On a Sunday morning you can take a short stroll through the lemon orchards to the market where you can sample the lovely fresh fruit and vegetables along with all the other bargains to be found at a market. This villa and its surrounding properties are all to a high standard and the neighbour’s are mostly British/irish. they are all so helpful and friendly.

A cleaning service is provided before and after your stay but if you wish to make use of them your self this can be arranged and paid for locally.
This is a smoke free villa but if you wish to smoke outside or up on the sun roof terrace there are ash trays provided which are kept under the kitchen sink.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

melanie says: "fantastic property-exactly as described,well equipped (theyve thought of everything),very clean and lovely furniture. pool just opposite was great especially for the children as they could pop across even if we didnt want to but we could see them at all times as they were literally a few feet away,pool well maintained and we had it to ourselves most of the week even tho it was half term. a few nice restaurants and bars few mins walk away...all english so good if you have children but for any authentic spanish food you would have to head into town, overall a lovely property which was in a quiet,safe area and all the people were friendly...we would definately return again and it was so easy to arrange online.a lovely hassle free holiday."
