Splendid Villa
Villa Patrizia is situated on a mountain that overhangs Castellammare del Golfo. It's surrounded by trees and has stunning panoramic view of the entire Gulf giving the possibility to spend a quiet and private holiday. You can choose between three types of units, according to your needs and costs, the apartments: Bouganvillea, Edera, Melograno.
The villa has swimming pool, external showers, garden and veranda.
The distance to the city centre is about 1 km and 2 km from the sandy beach of Castellammare; it's approximately 35 km from Palermo airport. The owners live in one of the premises and could assist you at any time.
This apartment is accessed through up an external staircase up to the second floor. There is an entrance hallway (with a double sofa-bed) which extends into the comfortably furnished living room. From this living area the large and well-equipped kitchen can be easily accesed.
Bouganvillea has three bedrooms: one with queen size bed and private bathroom with shower; one with twin beds (which could be trasformed in double bed); and the third bedroom is with bunk beds. The last two bedrooms share an enormous bathroom with tub and shower. There is a washing machine and air conditioning.
All kind of services, shops, restaurans and various entertainment can be found in Castellammare’s centre at 1 km distance; 5 km away is the famous fishmen’s village of Scopello and its spectacular cliffs “I Faraglioni” and Natural reserve Lo Zingaro.
