The villa has a large swimming pool and jacuzzi. Its large patio in front of the swimming pool looks on to the golf course which borders with the villas garden.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The Villa is on one level with no stairs. The Corridors are wide and their are Royal bath tubs in the 2 Master Bedrooms. Their are 2 flight of low built stairs to enter the swimming pool. The resort is built on
flat land.

Francine says: "We had the most fantastic holiday, the villa was beautiful in a perfect setting, the facilities within the villa were excellant with everything that we could possible need and more, our only initial concern was when the builders turned up on the unfinished villa next door at 7.30am this obviously caused us some worries but in reality we hardly knew they were there, and when it is is finished it will only add to the lovely surrroundings. We will definately be coming back and would definately book Villa San Souci again"
