Should you be asked to design a tropical island paradise ,you would probably end up with something looking remarkably like Mauritius. Situated in the Indian Ocean between the Equator and the Tropic of Capricorn, Mauritius lies about 500 miles east of Madagascar. It is compact - just 720 square miles - has a population of 1.2 million and looks fabulous,all blinding white sandy beaches azure sea,nodding palm trees,wonderful wild flowers and gently rolling mountains.Just as impressive is the warmth of the local people,an extraordinary mix of Indians, Africans,Europeans and Chinese.The official language is English with a lot of people speaking French and Creole. The weather that befits a tropical paradise ,is nearly always heavenly.During summer, which runs from November To April ,you can expect temperatures to reach 35C in seaside places during the winter - May to October - they will hit 25C.


Aqua sur mer is a small newly built villa complex set in the small coastal village of Trou aux Biches this villa complex is set opposite the beach and Ocean so only takes under a minute to be on the beach or in the Ocean .The villa complex itself is a mixture of 10 villas (as you can see in pictures ) comprising of full villas and studio villas (studio villas are what we are offering for rental ) . The complex has a surrounding wall and gated and comes with night watchmen and day caretaker’s .The studio villa apartment that we are offering come with all the full facility’s a holiday apartment should have, a six day maid service, air conditioning, safe, and more . 

Trou-aux-Biches is by far one of the most sought after beach resorts in Mauritius it owes its popularity with discerning regular visitors mainly owing to its safe bathing for children,perfect conditions for snorkeling and diving (either in its lagoons or along its reefs) the friendly atmosphere its amazing fine silver sand and beautiful sunsets to be relished on the 2 mile long beach every evening.
Trou-aux-Biches boast numerous restaurantes,from the very popular snack-come-restaurant,where many tourists enjoy the local fare at local prices, to the gourmet restaurant all within easy reach by foot a cycle ride or a short bus ride. It also has the five star Trou-aux-Biches hotel situated down the beach,the facilities of which can be used for a small entrance fee ( pools,3 outstanding restaurant’s , beach bar, spar, gym, dive centre, and tennis courts ).There are also a number of other dive centers within walking distance of the villa offering a very high standard of diving in a safe environment.
 

Aqua sur mere is a modern small complex set a opposite the sea the large beach studio apartments are with pool facing balcony and views of the sea set in its own secure gardens in the north west of Mauritius on the famous Trou-aux-biches. Its also close (100m) to local shops and amenities. whilst being a short bus ride from the lively Grand baie area with its many restaurants bars boutiques local food stalls a good market and daily fish market where you can haggle for fresh fish

The room/studio is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a balcony, sea views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Jan says: "The surroundings were great, lovely palm trees, trees, bushes and plants. The pool was cleaned EVERY day (not helped by the constant fall of the leaves off the trees lol). The studio was excellent **** couldnt fault it, had all you needed, including washing machine and iron/board..... The room was cleaned 10 out of the 11 days we were there - cant complain at that.... Abi (owner) and Mylene (maid is too insignificant word for her) were FANTASTIC - they gave lots of tips on where to go and what to do. Had a problem with the water on the first evening - sure enough, first thing the next day Abi was there to sort it out. Would definately recommend xxxx Thank you."
