The villa is centrally located approximately 15 minutes walk to the beach and the centre of Turgutreis where you will find many restaurants, bars and shops.

The town of Turgutreis is situated at the furthest tip of the historic Bodrum Peninsula with fantastic sunsets overlooking a horizon of ornamental islands.

The Bodrum Peninsula is small and it is very easy to travel to all the other small towns. For those who are adventurous the area has an excellent bus service called dolmus. These are new reliable mini- buses and offer services all day to gumusluk and Bodrum with connections to all other towns often for less than a pound
Gumusluk village is close by and is famous for fish restaurants where one can delight in an excellent fish supper.

 

The villa is furnished to a very high standard, 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6) one double bed, 2 single beds and the third room has bunk beds, 2 sofa beds are available in the kitchen/living room, a travel cot is available ,2 bathrooms with showers.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher,hob microwave, kettle and toaster.

The Villa has a its own swimming pool and is less than 10 minutes away from the centre and the beach. There is a safe inside the villa to keep your travel documents and Passport secure whilst on holiday. 2 airbeds also available on request

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the Lounge, 1 double bunk bed. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
