Vine Villa sleeps 8 people (cot available), with a Jacuzzi bath. Set in it's own private landscaped gardens with private south facing pool and only two other villas' close by ensuring privacy in a peaceful setting. Double gates lead to the large driveway and large grassed garden accommodating upto 3 cars. Decorated tastefully and furnished with the discerning in mind, Vine Villas has all the home comforts that you could require. Three good sized bedrooms one en-suite, one further bathroom, large living/dining area and a modern fully equipped kitchen. The pool area is beautiful with plenty of room to spread out on the loungers and enjoy the uninterrupted views of the mountains or enjoy food prepared in the stone built BBQ. The whole villa was designed to make outdoor living a real treat whilst maximising the views afforded by the propertys location. The villa is only 10 minutes pleasant walk to Uzumlu village centre where you will find a small number of grocery shops for your everyday needs such as fresh bread, milk etc, along with numerous places to sample fresh local cuisine. The Dolmus (bus) runs a regular service to Fethiye from early in the morning to late at night. Set some 12km from the coast, the lovely village of Uzumlu gives visitors a taste of old Turkey whilst being within easy reach of everything this wonderful stretch of coastline has to offer. A 20 minute car journey takes you into the hustle and bustle of Fethiye itself, a lovely town where you can find everything from traditional harbour markets to modern supermarkets, quaint old back street bars to lively nightlife. The world famous beach of Olu Deniz is only a short car journey away, probably Turkey's most photographed piece of coastline. Whether you like to get out and about, or whether you just want to relax by a beautiful pool enjoying the peace and quiet, Vine Villa will not disappoint. The ground floor which is fully tiled in marble (including balcony and pool areas) is open plan and consists of. A spacious fully fitted and equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washing machine, full oven and hob, large fridge freezer and a microwave (Iron and ironing board included). A formal dining area with ample seating for all guests, and another ample patios for outside dining. Ground floor cloakroom with WC and hand basin. A large and comfortable lounge with patio area overlooking pool including a double sofa bed, TV, DVD and CD player. (Don't forget to pack your favourite DVD's and CD's). A traditional Turkish Stone feature fireplace compliments the room for cosy winter nights. A large set of patio doors have stunning views of the mountains. They lead to a large covered terrace for outdoor dining overlooking the pool and garden, ample outside dining furniture is provided. There is a BBQ area, sun terraces and the inviting 10m X 5m (depth 1.65m no shallow end) swimming pool, internal pool lighting allows you to enjoy swimming on those warm balmy evenings, sun loungers are provided. WC located in the hall.  

A solid marble and wrought iron staircase leads to a feature landing overlooking the magnificent views that surround this villa. Patio doors lead to a large balcony connected to bedroom 2.

Master Bedroom which sleeps two, has a king size bed, wardrobes, air conditioning and French patio doors with stunning mountain views. An en suite wet room with shower and WC, vanity basin and cupboards. Both floor and walls are fully tiled. Includes shaver point and hairdryer.

Bedroom two sleeps two and has twin beds, wardrobes, air conditioning, mirror, and two sets of patio doors leading to two balconies at either side of the villa allowing for optimal outdoor viewing of the mountains and surrounding countryside in both the morning and evening.

Bedroom 3 sleeps 1 or 2 and has a single day bed that can be converted into a double bed, air conditioning, mirror and wardrobes.

All bedrooms have air conditioning, stunning mountains views and ceramic tiled floors. Both the master bedroom and bedroom 2 would take a cot, if required

A large family bathroom with shower, WC and Jacuzzi bath, vanity basin with cupboards. Both floor and walls are fully tiled, includes shaver point.

All bed linen and bath towels are provided. Towels will be changed twice weekly and bed linen will be changed on a weekly basis. The villa will be cleaned once a week. Please note that villa towels are not for beach use, beach towels are not included.
 

Very large grassed area for children to play in or to relax reading a book

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the in the lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, historic sites, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, cycling, mountain biking, horse riding, shopping areas.

Calis is 15 minutes drive away, a holiday resort with a beach where you can watch the sunset.

Olu Deniz, the most photographed beach in Turkey is only a 30 minute drive from the villa

clive says: "Very relaxing and quite location in a sleepy Turkish village. We went with a party of six, with 4 under 21 and over 16. Plenty of space and rooms of adequate size, all with air conditioning in the sleeping areas The pool was of reasonable size, but not suitable for young children as there is no shallow end. The sun comes on the pool about 11am. On a side note. There is a dog tied up 24/7 near the villa. It was a lovely dog and we fed it on a regular basis, he didnt bark much. If you are a real animal lover you could find this stressful as he is tied up in the hot sun( under a tree) and it does get very hot. You will need a car to get to this villa or taxi. There are adequate small shops in the village for basic food and supplies"
