The villa is on an exclusive development of just eight villas and furnished to a high standard. 3 bedroom luxury detached villa set in its own grounds with private pool. Air conditioning in bedrooms and fully equipped to sleep 8 people with sofa bed in lounge. 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hob, oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer. All linen provided except beach towels. For people with very young children a cot and high chair is available.




 

We have provided everything we can think of to make your holiday enjoyable and cater for all age groups. You will find games, TV, DVD, music and books for your entertainment and a mobile phone is provided for your use.

Our Management Team offer an excellent service - they will greet you when you arrive and show you round the villa. Sortly after your arrival one of their staff will come to visit you and if required will arrange car hire, boat trips, visits to some of the other beautiful places. They can be contacted at any time in case of emergency. 

In addition to the 3 bedrooms there are 2 sofa beds in the lounge, sleeping 8 people in total + baby. The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Peter says: "We returned to Villa Katife again and loved it even more than last year. Going two weeks later in the year also made it even better value for money, and still with excellent weather. The Berlik restaurant on the beach is an absolute must – beautiful location, excellent food and service, and unbelievably inexpensive. The villa itself had also been improved – now with double glazed windows and doors. Fethiye is just a short dolmus ride with all its restaurants, shops, harbour and the famous Tuesday market. We will definitely, definitely be returning next year and would highly recommend this villa."
