If you decided to go ahead and book Villa Aysun, then rest assured you will receive personal attention from us.

As soon as you have collected your luggage you will be looked after by our In-Resort team and while others are sitting on coaches waiting for everyone to board, you will be whisked away in an air conditioned private vehicle to Villa Aysun. Whatever the time of day or night, a member of the team will be there to greet you.

You will be welcomed by the local people and although not much English is spoken in this little village, their smiles will convey their warmth and their welcome.
 

Villa Aysun is located at the side of an olive grove with alpine views next to the small village of Uzumlu. The villa is set in it’s own spacious walled garden with private pool. The ultimate retreat, this villa would suit the more discerning holidaymaker who prefers a quieter home to come back to at the end of the day.

Here you will enjoy the utmost peace and tranquility and a quiet pace of life. Leave all the stresses and strains behind you as you relax and soak up the sun, recharging your batteries with only the sound of cowbells and a braying donkey in the distance to disturb you.

The spacious lounge is equipped with TV/DVD and has two comfortable sofas which convert into beds. Step through the french doors onto the terrace overlooking the pool.

The dining area which comfortably seats 8 people overlooks the fields and woods. If you can't be bothered to cook, just phone the local restaurant and he will be happy to deliver.

If you enjoy cooking, you will find everything you need in the fully equipped kitchen and plenty of cutlery, crockery and utensils to prepare a gourmet meal. You only have to supply the ingredients which you can buy from the local village. (Friday is market day).

The three air conditioned bedrooms all have balconies overlooking the surrounding countryside and plenty of wardrobe / drawer space and bedside lamps. The double bedroom has an en suite shower room.

There is a bathroom with bath and shower on the 1st floor and a shower room on the ground floor, ideal for larger groups.

The private landscaped garden with pool is perfect for al fresco living, whether it be sitting on the terrace eating breakfast, relaxing over a leisurely lunch with your favourite bottle of wine, lounging on a sunbed at the side of the pool with an ice cold drink and a good book or taking a dip in the pool to cool off.

As the sun goes down - Villa Aysun takes on a magical atmosphere with the illuminated pool and outdoor lights. Why not fire up the BBQ and enjoy a relaxing (or lively) evening.  

 

Please note the low price of £300 per week applies when the pool is closed.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find climbing, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, scuba diving.

Ann says: "Having being met at the airport and transferred to the villa by private transfer, travelling through beautiful countryside, we arrived at the villa relaxed and refreshed. We were met by the Management Company who showed us around the villa, explained how things worked and explained we could contact them on the mobile provided on the emergency number already in the phone if necessary. The car hire we ordered through the owner arrived at the villa 20 minutes after our arrival. This was an excellent start to our holiday with no waiting around. The weather was absolutely glorious for this time of year (March) and it enabled us to exlore the area. Villa Aysun is just like home from home and has been lovingly furnished by the owners who seem to have the guests' comforts and need foremost in their minds. One of the most comfortable and well equipped villas we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in many. The locals in Uzumlu are extremely helpful and friendly. We shall definitely be returning and have already recommended it to friends and family. From the time we booked right through to our return home we really felt that we were being looked after by the owners and the Management Agents. Nothing was too much trouble.
