The Aegean Penthouse is owned by the same family of the very popular and high standard Villa Dolphin situated in Akyaka which is advertised on this site.
The Aegean is situated very close to the beach front ( less than a miutes walk) in the beautiful small resort of Ozdere, It is the top two floors of a very attractive apartment building. It has superb views from all balconies, the very large top floor sun terrace, is lantern lit.

It is less than a minutes walk to a nice beach and 10 miutes walk to other Ozdere sandy beaches, which gently shelve out - making it very safe for young children and non-swimmers.

The Aegean has two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Open plan style very large lounge/diner and fully equipped kitchen.
There is 1 good sized bath/shower room. and, 1 Shower Room on the top floor. There is also a W.C. on the lower living room area.

All the rooms are furnished and equipped to a good standard to make your stay a most compfortable one as possible

Outside the property is well maintained with attractive surrounding gardens 

The village Özdere was known as an “original fishing-village without mass-tourism in a romantic Bay in the Aegean Sea” many years ago. Since about 10 years it can be added to this statement that Özdere turned into a village that is also for tourists .
Nowadays Özdere is a touristic place with a good infrastructure and a mild climate during the whole year. There are a little less than 9000 inhabitants. The village is very suitable for families with children, because there are nice sandy beaches and enough peace and quiet.
Large mandarin plantations, land with forests and rough nature characterize this nice holiday resort that lies between Çesme and Kusadasi at the south-west of the metropolis .

Infrastructure

In the neighboring center, you will find a bank with pin-machine, post-office, medical services (doctor, dispensary, first aid) several supermarkets where you can find about all the daily needs. Also you will find many shops and restaurants. There is a good Internet Cafe next door to Idas the furniture shop
There are good local bus services to and from the neighbouring cities of Kusadasi and Izmir.and, to the villages on route. Car hire can be arrangd locally.



 

Ozdere is only 30 minutes either way to the Citys of Izmir and Kusadasi.
The famous tourist site of Ephesus is only a 20 minute drive away.

Fot the more sporty types Europes largest Water Park "Adaland" is only a 30 minutes drive away.

 

This lovely penthouse is a 2 floor Duplex and is on the top two floors of a very attractive 4 floor Apartment building. It has a superb sun terrace with outstanding views of the old village and mountains. A lovely sandy beach is less than 1 minutes walk from The Aegean Duplex. There are many other sandy beaches you can walk and drive to. The village is very pretty especially with the abundance of colorful flowers. The village has numerous food shops and a village bakery. There is an excellent choice of restaurants ranging from specialist kebab makers and family run restaurants to the slightly more sophisticated restaurants (10 minutes walk away)

The penthouse comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The penthouse has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the penthouse cool.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The penthouse is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the penthouse you will find water skiing, fishing, climbing, tennis, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the penthouse you will find scuba diving, historic sites, a themepark.

One of Europe's best Water Parks - Adaland, is only 30 mins. drive away.

Boat trips to nearby Greek Islands of Samos, and, Kos. The Famous Ephesus and Pamukkale.

Ruth says: "This was our favorite apartment on our 4 week trip to Europe. The air conditioning was great as we had very hot weather. The apartment was big, spacious and modern. The kitchen was very nice and made it very inviting to do our own cooking when we wanted. It was very close to the beach as advertised. We only wished we had a more accurate estimate of how far Ozdere is from Ephesus. We thought it was about 20 minutes. The first night it took us 45 minutes to find it because the roads are very windy and it was dark. We managed to trim down the time to 30 minutes on further trips. For our family of 6 we loved this apartment!"
