Villa Dundar - Top floor is a two bedroom apartment in a private villa in Antiphellos / KAS. It has its own pool, a beautiful garden (5000sqm) with fruit trees and flowering shrubs, a bathroom, a full kitchen, a large barbecue area and lots of seating that can be placed exactly where you want it. The two double/twin rooms accommodate four people. There is satellite television and stereo radio in the lounge. Within 200 metres, there’s a beach and restaurants. 

There are 2 bedrooms, sleeping 4 people.
There's a good range of cooking facilities - gas rings, oven, grill, fridge, freezer, barbecue - and adequate equipment.
 

The owners live ground floor and will offer assistance if required. The apartment, of course, is completely self-contained and the owners use the garden and pool very little, so it's like having a private villa for the price of an apartment. 

Villa Dundar has the most outstanding views of KAS, yet it is very peaceful and relaxing. Sitting on the balcony watching the boats coming and going with a cold drink FANTASTIC ! Having a swim in the pool to cool down and taking in the views especially at night with the lights of KAS in the distance, it is something always to remember.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a kettle. The owner has also provided glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a north facing garden, a north facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque.

The apartment is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, boat hire, fishing, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find historic sites, a museum.

Nina says: "This place is just great to come down, relax and forget all your stress! Not only the stunning view, but also the silence and "gemütlichkeit". The family is very nice and welcomed us with tea and biscuits. You feel at home but still have your privacy. The apartment is spacious, cosy and absolutely clean. And Kas itself is a beautiful, not too little and not too much touristy, little town. You just have to be aware that you dont live in the middle of the town here and its not a good way to walk. But that did not disturb us at all but rather supported our relaxation! Thanks a lot for a wonderful holiday!"
