Villa Dundar - 2nd floor is a three bedroom apartment in a private villa in Antiphellos / KAS. It has its own pool, a beautiful garden (500sqm) with fruit trees and flowering shrubs, a bathroom, a full kitchen, a large barbecue area and lots of seating that can be placed exactly where you want it. The two double/twin rooms accommodate four people. There is satellite television and stereo radio in the lounge. Within 200 metres, there’s a beach and restaurants.

There's a good range of cooking facilities - gas rings, oven, grill, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue - and adequate equipment. And every bedroom has airconditioning.
 

The owners live ground floor and will offer assistance if required. The apartment, of course, is completely self-contained and the owners use the garden and pool very little, so it's like having a private villa for the price of an apartment. 

Villa Dundar has the most outstanding views of KAS, yet it is very peaceful and relaxing. Sitting on the balcony watching the boats coming and going with a cold drink FANTASTIC ! Having a swim in the pool to cool down and taking in the views especially at night with the lights of KAS in the distance, it is something always to remember.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 7 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a kettle. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine. The owner has also provided glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has a private north facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a north facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming, sailing, walking, cycling.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, climbing, flying, scuba diving, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find horse riding, historic sites, a museum.

Saklikent Canyon walk, Kekova boat trip, Canoe tour, diving,paragliding and river rafting

Kekova , Xanthos, Saklikent, Patara, Gombe Waterfall - Green Lake, Myra St.Nicholas Church
