Our newly built detached Villa is built on a brand new site at Kadikoy near Saklikent Gorge. The Villa has all the modern comforts that you will need, and will sleep eight people. Upstairs the large landing area takes you to the three bedrooms all fitted with air conditioners, and the main bathroom. The landing area opens onto the main front terrace, that also has access to two of the bedrooms, with the other bedroom having its own terrace, all the terraces are complete with breath taking views, the bathroom has a fitted toilet, sink, and bath with a solar heated shower unit. Downstairs, the spiral wooden staircase takes you into the hallway,that leads you to the kitchen ,livingroom/dining area and the downstairs cloakroom.The cloakroom has a fitted toilet, sink and a shower cubicle with solar heated water.The large lounge and dinning area with double glazed sliding doors, opens onto a very large terrace,that is complete with panoramic breath-taking views,also from the hallway is the fitted kitchen, which has a terrace, that over looks the large swimming pool,and has access to the livingroom, the livingroom has two sofa bedsettees, and a dinning area that has a table and chairs to sit eight people. TV & DVD player that includes BBC World, Euronews, Music Channels and a Film Channel,also a CD player.

 

Villa Falcon is in an excellent corner position with superb grounds all around, easy access, and no steps to climb. The pool is nicely positioned in a sun trap, and only 4 mtrs away from our gated kitchen terrace, so getting that well earnt cool drink and sandwich is close at hand, and, any time you feel like a bbq, say no more, just have one by the pool, perfect, pool one side and stunning views, which go on for miles, the other. Shade, when you need it, is either the under the sun parasols or under the well positioned olive trees that give you that glorious escape from the sun with stunning views to accompany it.

The Villa is close to a Turkish village, where you can get all your daily needs or have them delivered, it is also situated where if you wanted to ramble, you can go for miles and miles into the stunning mountain scenery, and perhaps do your bird watching or wild life investigations, there is no restricted access to any land and is quite legal to walk where ever you want to go. 

Saklikent Gorge is just a few minutes drive away,which is a spectacular mountain gorge that has pure ice cold waters pouring down from the Trudos mountains,there are suspended walkways that let you walk for miles along the gorge,or you can just sit in one of the many eating places, more or less over the running waters, and try the local delicacies, such as Ayran (a mixture of yoghurt, cold water and salt),along the roads through to Saklikent, there are many traditional family-eating places that are very cheap and very authentic.

Our In-Resort team will meet you on arrival, they will be your contact during your holiday, and will visit you either on your first day, or the next day if on a very late flight they will be able to give you information about the area, arrange excursions, car hire or taxies etc, they can be contacted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And they all speak English.

 

Please be advised: £10 note, per person is required for a Visa as you disembark into the airport before passport control . Airport transfers from Dalaman 1-5 people transfers will use the VIP buses. 6-12 arrivals will use the 14 seater Mercedes Minibuses. All transfers are guaranteed to use Air-Con Vehicles. Our guests do not have to wait for other arrivals before they leave the airport. our transfer vehicles are normally at the resort before tour buses leave the airport Due to the location of the villa, we recommend you hire a car and this can be arranged by our In-resort team, when you arrive. There is a free delivery local shopping service available on request,and a 24 hour emergency service from our In-Resort team. In Turkey you may experience, an occasional power cut, or water shortage, during the height of summer,which is beyond our control. Pool open May to October Only You are advised to take out Travel insurance.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 2 double sofa beds. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. Close to the villa you will find historic sites, a restaurant, a food shop.
