This luxury villas is air-conditioned throughout and offer on the ground floor a large comfortable lounge and dinning area. The large open kitchen has a full range of modern appliances. On the first floor there is the master en-suite bedroom with private balcony which overlooks the pool area, a further double which also has a private balcony and also a twin bedroom, there is also a spacious family bathroom, on the second floor you will find a double and twin bedroom which share a wonderful terrace area, also there is additional full family bathroom.

The villa has patio doors that lead onto an huge covered terrace area that surrounds the villa at the side of the villa you have a wonderful private pool where beyond flowers and shrubs add colour to the spacious areas which surround the villa. The villas are all equipped with sun beds and patio furniture and boasts a host of luxury features to ensure your stay is both a pleasant one and indeed a comfortable one.
The accommodation is ideal for families and couples alike it is less than ten minutes walk to the wonderful beach of Silver Sands on the way you will pass many small restaurants, shops and colourful garden areas.
Property management will ensure that all bed linen and towels are changed weekly and the property is thoroughly cleaned at each change over. Cots and high chairs are available please request them at the time of booking.

From the rear private terrace you have lovely views looking over an established peach grove.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a west facing patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
