The perfect romantic hideaway. This historic and picturesque mill is set in its own private grounds surrounded by chestnut woods. A large swimming pool ( 11x6 m) extends to the front of the property.

The surrounding terraces are equipped with sun beds for relaxing and taking the sun or if the sun becomes too much you can always escape to the cool of the trees. The perfect climate allows you to enjoy the heat during the long summer days yet becomes very comfortable in the evening so a good nights rest is not spoiled by too much heat! . A small cantina at the lower level is equipped with a washing machine.

The accomodation comprises: Ground floor - open plan living room with sitting area that retains the original mill stones set into the floor with a glass panel so that the mill workings can be seen beneath.There is a gas fire for the early and late season visitors. The kitchen while being compact has all the neccesary equipment to inlcude, gas hob and electric oven and even a dishwasher for those who just hate the washing up! If cooking isn’t your thing then there are some excellent local restaurants within 10 - 15 mins drive. A rustic wooden staircase leads to the bedroom above with en-suite toilet and shower room. The bedroom opens out onto a small terrace with stone steps that lead down to the back of the mill and garden

The motorway link and the principal town of the area, Pontremoli are approximately 25 minutes drive away giving you easy access to the rest of this beautiful region.
