Wonderful property with swimming pool situated on a private estate surrounded by vineyards and meadows. The property was restored and interior designed for the summer of 2008.
The farmhouse comprises of spacious living areas with open beamed ceilings and 4 bedrooms to sleep up to 8 people. An additional annex can sleep another 4 guests. Character cantinas and shaded vaulted arches add tuscan charm to the property. To the outside there is a terrace opening from the living room and spacious areas for dining. From the pool area steps lead down on to a large garden. The property benefits from an elevated postion offering beautiful views fo the countryside and a perfect setting to relax and unwind. A small chapel nestled between to ancient cypress trees provide the perfect intimate setting for weddings. The property can also be let with Casa del Torrentello its sister property located on another part of the estate. to sleep up to 24 guests ideal for families and large on holiday together or enjoying a special event.

 

Essentials hamper: an honesty box containing basic food items ideal for those guests arriving at a late hour. Items should be replenished by guests before departure.

A 5 minute drive takes you to the small historic town of Licciana Nardi with a selction of amenities including traditional shops and a few resturants. Please see area guide for more information.

The farm house comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The farm house has 5 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The farm house has home cinema with dvd. The music system will play cds, radio. Recreational activities available with the farm house include table tennis.

There is room for 9 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The farm house is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the farm house you will find horse riding, tennis, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the farm house you will find a beach, boat hire, skiing/snowboarding, golf, a museum.
