The property is situated close to the town of Bagnone. The town holds a small weekly market and has a selection of amenities to inlcude groceries, restaurants, bars, bank.

The farm house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Ground floor suite. This gives room for up to 9 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The farm house has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The farm house has television dvd. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
