The accommodation comprises: The entrance leads to the kitchen/dining room with feature log burning fireplace and is equipped with full oven, gas hob and dishwasher. Ground floor ‘Salotto’ , a place to relax after a day by the pool and is equipped with DVD featuring beamed ceiling and a door opening to the garden. Adjacent toilet. Stairs lead to the first floor double bedroom with open views from the window. Classic designed shower room. There is an outside pergola for ‘al fresco’ dining. An air cooling system is available for the summer months and heating for the cooler seasons. The property has been restored to a high standard and is sympathetically designed to feature terracotta floors, chestnut doors and windows with traditional shutters. Antique furnishings compliment the tuscan style.

A seperate 1 bedroom independant annex provides additional accomodation for another 2 guests. Featuring Kitchen and dining and to the first floor a double bedroom and shower room.

Accessed by an 800 meter track you have the sense of complete peace and quiet yet a few minutes drive takes you to restaurants and some of the most beautiful towns and villages in the area. The town of Villafranca is approx 5 mins drive with a selection of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and sports centre. Bagnone, a picturesque market town offers a relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy a drink on the piazza and watch the world go by. The motorway access about 10 minutes away at Pontremoli providing excellent access to the enchanting coast and the famous centres of Tuscany.
