The property is within a hunting reserve of 700 hectares owned by our family since 4 generations, with its own lake and swimming pool. The principal advantage is that you can rent or the entire villa (if you are more than 7 persons) or an independent unit of 2 floors if you are less. The furniture is antique and the garden is of 2 hectares. Golf field with 18 holes in the nearby property within 1 km distance. 

Just behind the house there is Mount Tezio where you can climb at 1000 meters and have a magnificient view of Umbria region and Trasimeno lake. In 2 hours time you can reach Rome and in 2 hours and half Florence. Only 12 km to reach the splendid medioeval town of Perugia and half an hour to the San Francesco town of Assisi with the just restored Giotto paintings of the church and Subasio Mount. Half an hour to the Trasimeno lake and Tuscany. In North direction half an hour for Gubbio and slightly more than an hour for the traditional villages of Norcia and Cascia with their traditional alimnetary products (ham and salame) and the ski station of Forchecanapine 

 

There are 7 bedrooms: on groundfloor there is a twin bedroom and a single bedroom where e bunkle bed can be added. On first floor there is a double bedroom with king size bed and a twin bedroom. On second floor there is a big twin bedroom, a bedroom with a single sofa bed and one more bedroom where there is a single big bed. A crib can be added.

The villa comprises 7 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 4 twin, 2 single and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television. The music system will play vinyl records. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a summer house, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: Very beautiful location, extremely quiet and peaceful. The ancient house is decorated with antiquities and has a nice atmosphere, although the basement bedrooms are a bit damp. But there are enough bedrooms left so this was no problem to us! The house is surrounded by wonderful spots to sit and enjoy a drink or dinner. If you rent the house with a smaller group, you only have access to a small kitchen - it has everthing (even a dishwasher) but the kitchen itself is a bit stuffy. Nevertheless, we had a good stay. The owners are very kind and took immediate action when the swimming pool pump broke donw: it was replaced the next morning.
