Our stunning brand new (2006) 4 bedroom 4 bathroom villa is set in the village of Uzumlu, Fethiye, Turkey.
Surrounded by fabulous mountain views, large private pool with outside lighting for the evening, and terrace area with luxurious pool furniture.

Downstairs we have an open plan living area with modern fitted kitchen with all modern appliances, a comfortable living area with open fire and seating for 8 people. There is a ground floor double bedroom with ensuite and private terrace.

Marble spiral stairway leads to the upstairs bedrooms.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom sleeps 2 in a double bed and has its own private balcony with stunning views. There are also 2 twin bedrooms and 2 further bathrooms. All bedrooms have double wardrobes. 

Villa Iskander is in a beautiful setting, overlooking countryside and mountains with a wrap around view from the villa's terrace. Off road parking. We have a fabulous large private pool to relax in and recharge your batteries, or to enjoy your meals in the open air, perfect for al fresco living.

You are only 5 minutes walk from Uzumlu village, where you can buy groceries, or relax in a restaurant or village pub. Further afield, Fethiye is only 15 minutes drive away where you will find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. the nearest beach is approx 25 mins drive. The famous beach of Olu Deniz (the blue lagoon) is a short boat ride away from Fethiye. 

Our villa is in a very peaceful, quiet location with both internal and external locks on all doors.

We have a fitted safe to ensure the security of your personal documents.

Our pool area is fitted with a gate, to ensure that any children wandering out of the villa cannot access the pool on their own.

The villa has a low brick walll surrounding with gated access. 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside walking, cycling, mountain biking.

Close to the villa you will find climbing, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, scuba diving.
