A truly luxury Villa. How many other Villas have you seen with a marble Turkish Bath in the En-Suite of the main bedroom?!!

Villa Razmarine is a brand new luxury detached villa set in large grounds with its own private 30 m2 swimming pool. The villa , in a peaceful location has stunning views over the valley of Uzumlu.

In all, there are 4 bedrooms, 1 of which has an en-suite bathroom with a hand-made marble Turkish bath. It also has a large walk-in closet. The villa can sleep 8 people comfortably, but can accomodate a maximum of up to 10 people as there are two fold out couches available.

Beside the en-suite, there are 2 additional bathrooms (one on the upper and one on the lower floor).

Luxuries include: a fully fitted kitchen with high-end Siemens aplliances a BBQ oversize balconies off of all bedrooms and large verandas overlooking the pool and garden generous living space with very large rooms and extra ceiling height (3 metres) gives a light and airy feeling to the villa television dish washer clothes washer/dryer custom fittings in all bathrooms. Also there are a variety of fruit and vegetable trees/plants on the premises (olive, pear, melon, grape) which are free for guests to enjoy.

There is a full service from the management company in-resort , a rep is available by phone 24 hours a day. There are also private drivers to take you to beaches, restaurants etc. much cheaper than the local taxis.

Villa Razmarine has a no-smoking policy inside the villa.

This is the only true Luxury villa in the area. 

Uzumlu is only a few minutes drive from the tourist resorts of Fethiye, Calis, Hisaronu and the sandy beaches of Olu Deniz. Yet it is in a very quiet location, ideal for relaxing by the pool.

Our agent can arrange cheap car hire, but this is not a must as you can use the private driver service they run.

The agent can also arrange any excursions as well as use of mobile telephone for the duration of your stay.

They also have a 24 hour Emergency service. 

You will be met at the airport by our driver (included in the price of rental!).

There is no waiting at the airport as the transfers are private. He will take you directly to the villa where you will be met by a representative from In-Resort, our management company.

The Villa has 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 double 1 twin) It also has 1 double bedroom downstairs. 2 children can also sleep on the sofa beds in the lounge. These are both double in size so are suitable for teenagers.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 2 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, scuba diving, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing.
