Newly built luxury villa. Standing in its own grounds with a private swimming pool surrounded by a wrought iron and stone wall. A mixture of patio areas and lawn meander all around the villa. Each bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the pool and patios with mountain views. 

Situated in the quiet village of Uzumlu. This is the ideal peacful retreat after a busy day at the bustling town and port of Fethiye, the bars and clubs of Hisaronu or the famous Blue Lagoon of Olu Deniz. The Dolmus (mini bus) frequently visits these places daily. A car is recommended for touring the many other beaches, mountains, historic sites and attractions.  

For comfort each bedroom and the lounge diner all have air conditioning. If staying during the winter a full central heating system is there to keep you warm. The villa was completed 2005 and fully furnished with all new appliances, bedding, furniture, utensils.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 7 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find climbing, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing, boat hire, fishing, flying, horse riding, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum.

Fish Market, Fethiye market, Uzumlu market, Paragliding.

Historic village of Cadianda and the ghost town Kaya village are close by. Turkish bath in Fethiye.

Ann says: "We have just returned from a wonderful 2 weeks holiday in Uzumlu and staying at Villa Martin contributed greatly to our experience. The villa is beautiful and very well kept and furnished with a lovely pool and pretty garden. Shenay and Gursel, the caretakers, are very friendly and helpful and live very close by so are easily on hand. Uzumlu is a traditional village, quite unspoilt, and is in a beautiful location - surrounded by high mountains but within 30 mins. of the coast. There is a good dolmus service to Fethiye running 7 days a week but we found that hiring a car gave us a greater scope and freedom. But beware petrol prices are high - about £1.56 a litre at the moment. I can thoroughly recommend Villa Martin and hope that I can return there in the future."
