Three bedroom townhouse situated in a quiet pedestrianised area of Vale Do Lobo within a couple of minutes walk from the beach, restaurants and the golf course.
Accommodation
The property comprises Kitchen/Dining Room; Living Room; stairs to enclosed patio and two bedrooms, one double, one twin and bathroom; further stairs to master bedroom with south facing verandah and sea views and further bathroom; stairs to large sunny roof terrace and sea views.
Temporary daily weekly or monthly membership of Barringtons health club (including inside and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and solarium; health club including gym, golf academy and restaurant), is available at extra cost.
Vale Do Lobo welcome cards which enable 25% discount on green fees, 50% discount on the Rotunda swimming pool adjacent to the beach, 15% discount on the Penguin children's village and free use of the internal bus are available at additional cost (50 euros per person per week at 2008 prices).
